The rest of the companies e-mail letter is safe for all to read if they wish. To put it bluntly, I will remain letting people know about this company in any way possible, so that they too will not be scammed.

The computer was running slow, so they came to the house and did some work. It turned out the problem was not fixed, so I brought the computer in to them. They kept it for two days and said it was working. I brought it home and was still having the same problem, so I took it to them again. They honored their agreement to fix it, so finally what he did was clean out and erase everything, which for my sake he didn't want to have to do, but it was the only solution. I was very pleased with their persistence, professionalism, and their reasonableness. I would use them again and recommend them.

The tech had my computer fixed in a couple of days, which I thought was pretty fast. He did a good job, and fixed my computer. He was friendly, polite, and sure knew what he was doing. I would highly recommend him.
