They're excellent. We have two Toyotas and a Honda and my daughter and myself and my grandson and my son, he has a Honda pickup. So as a family we often have cares there every month or so. They are quick. They are reputable. They're responsive. The work that they do shows up on Carfax so anybody looking at the car can see that you've maintained it. And they're very professional. They have a beautiful office and waiting room and they also have a pickup service if you need to be taken to your home or if you don't have someone to help you drop a car off they can help you do that if you're not too far. They're a better deal than most. They were referred to me by a girlfriend who was on a budget and she felt like they were the best, so that was good to know.

The front brakes were done quickly. I was told by two sources that may rear brakes were at 20 percent.  They informed me that my rear breaks were at 40 percent and didn't need replaced. Seem to be honest. Best to make an appointment for service work.

It went very well. I was very satisfied. I would tell others that it is the only place I have ever taken my my car and take it again, thinking it needed more work and they do less work. So they only do what the car actually needs, no what I think it needs. The customer service is excellent.

Service was very professional. I thought the office responded politely to my questions. Labor rate is $80/hr., which seems to be a nominal rate for this area of the country. My main issue was with the cost of replacement parts. A water pump (part only) costs about $25.00 (online); they charged $120. An OEM EGR valve is about $120; they charged $150. The little secret here is this...for a regular guy to come off the street and buy a part at a dealership, such as a Chevy dealer, you will pay something like 5 or 6 times what you can get the part online. Seems a bit much. A repair shop can get the part cheaper than that, but still significantly more than what you pay online. There is no easy solution that I can see when you are depending on a repair shop. All said, if you are looking for a good repair job on your car, these guys should be considered.

I've taken my Honda Civic to Dennis Hall's for various repairs many times over the years, ranging from Air Conditioner replacement, to head gasket replacement, and a variety of other standard services (new tires, oil change, etc). They are always very professional and prompt with their service, but best of all they are INEXPENSIVE relative to other service providers. They frequently have loaner cars they can provide if you have to go somewhere during service at no extra charge. I am always pleased with the results of every job they do for me, and I will be taking my vehicles to this shop until I can't drive anymore.

The window motors had to be replaced. After UPS overnight service provided the motors, the repair was accomplished in a timely fashion. Dennis has taken care of our two old vehicles for the past several years. We have been pleased with the turn around time and the price, a minimum of 2/3 the price of the respective dealer service centers. Both rear windows required the same fix, but were repaired about a year apart.

The dealer had quoted me $200 more for this service than Dennis Hall charged. It was exactly the same service, with genuine Honda parts, but they saved me a 40%. I'll definitely be going to Dennis in the future for all my service work.
