Floors are buckling in several places. We have called multiple times and so has our builder...always get the same answer: the installer is all covered up. So because we are paid for...we receive no service. Go elsewhere and find someone with better prices and better customer service. Brand new house and you have to explain why when you walk around you bounce on the floor. No excuse for bad customer service!

This is revised review from a previous one submitted that did not rate these guys very highly--mainly because of lack of responsiveness and the fact that it took numerous phone calls to have someone call us back.  The quality of the carpets they offer is very good and their large selection is excellent.  Upon initial delivery one of the carpets we purchased was the one that had been hanging in their showroom and it was damaged at the end where it had been hung.  It was out of shape and scalloped where the hangers were attached and a couple looked like they had punched holes in that end of the carpet.  To their credit, they ordered us a new carpet from the manufacturer.  But it took numerous calls to find out the status of when this would be delivered and we got a different answer every time we called and many calls were not returned. Finally reached a member of management who apologized and promised better service. They did a fantastic job after that call. They had two guys deliver the replacement carpet who moved heavy furniture to position it in the room. This part of the experience was excellent!  Their carpet selection is high quality, if slightly on the expensive side. But you get higher quality at this price point.

The initial contacts with sales went fine. The install dates kept getting pushed back and ended up being about three weeks later than promised. There was poor communication between salesman, installer and us (customer). installer was supposed to start with vinyl tile but was not prepared to do so as he did not bring the proper tools. So he started with tearing out carpet, this delayed overall install by nearly a day. He did a pretty good job on the carpet but a lousy job on the vinyl - cuts were not square and we needed to finish sides as a result. Clean up was fair but not exceptional by any means. Both carpet and tile were over ordered, one box of tile we returned, which took several tries because each time the salesman was not there. There was never any attempt by salesman to follow up with us on whether or not we were satisfied. We are getting ready to do several rooms of a new house we just purchased and we will be using a different company.

After researching various tile supppliers and decided that they had the best prices. I did get an installation price, but it was higher that one other, which I went with.

We wanted it installed in a certain pattern and the installers were having problems installing them, saying it was the tile companies fault for improper installation.  They did a rushed job.  The owner is professional.  He does stand behind his work.They had to come out three times to fix the tiles that shifted or were not grouted correctly.They did an excellent job replacing the porcelain tiles with out damaging my new cabinets.   The grout was the wrong color on the floor and they told me that it would lighten up to the color.  They did have to replace the entire grout on the floor to match the color I wanted.They did an excellent job on the back splash.It took about five weeks to correctly complete.The only reason I would not use them again is that it was a long headache.

The staff was fine. They did a good job cleaning the area. They were very prompt showed up when I needed them and got done in the right amount of time. I liked the workmanship, and the quality of the work they showed they me really knew what they where doing.
