Culligan Water Conditioning of Knoxville TN

I was interested in having a water softener installed in my home. After doing research, I called Culligan to have them send someone out to test my water and give me an estimate. Darren came by the next day and spent time looking at where the water softener would go and explained what would need to be done. He also tested the water and explained the benefits of softened water. The price he quoted was a bit expensive, but it included everything. I called the day after the estimate and they said they could install the very next day. The whole process took about 4 hours, which most of that was installing a drain pipe and drilling a hole through a wall. They did fantastic work! The hole was very small and after it was insulated it was barely noticeable. They also cleaned up after all the drilling and cutting. After installation was finished, they explained how the softener worked and what I would need to do in the future. I was told about their extra services, but was not bullied into signing up for anything. That was an important factor for me. I will definitely call them if anything goes wrong with the softener. Overall it was a quick, positive experience.

Culligan has done a great job installing the water softener. They even showed us how to use it and how to care for it. They showed us how much of a difference it will make in the water. Believe it or not, I can tell a difference. It is so much healthier dealing with a softener rather than dealing with such hard water that tends to damage things. The company was very professional throughout the entire process of the job. I am not to sure about the cost of this job, I kind of forget.
