The quality of the workmanship was excellent. We are very happy with the finished product. Jesica and Wes are very professional. They offered many beautiful fabrics to choose from, and Jesica spent many hours helping me select several fabrics samples and arranged for the samples to be sent to my home so I could make my final selection. Once the fabric was ordered, it did not take long for the project to be completed. There was a minor mistake made by the fabric supplier which was immediately corrected by Jesica and Wes. I would definitely recommend them.

Very good. Wes and Jessica were professional, and articulate in the repair. They came to my home when other shops wanted me to take the chair to their shop for the comparable price.

We called Crown and setup an appointment with Wes and Jesica for August 29. They came to our house, about a 60 mile trip. We told them we only wanted to see high end material and thats what they brought. After we decided on the fabric  they gave us a quote on the spot. We gave them a deposit and They gave us a tentative date to pick up the furniture by the 1ST of December. Wes and Jes picked up the pieces on November 30TH and told us we would have them back for Christmas. As they promised they delivered our furniture on December 24TH. The price we ended up paying was exactly the same as the quote. The quality of the workmanship exceeded our expectations, after several days we noticed more and more the attention to detail that Wes and Jes put into reupholstering our furniture. We would definitely use them again and recommend them without reservation.

We were very pleased. We went back to them because of the quality of their work. They had to actually remove part of the love seat to repair it in their shop but they got it back overnight. They are very quick.
