1) He did not pay sub contractor, so I had to pay.2) He reported repairs to areas of roof that were difficult to verify. He mislead me on doing these repairs. Only areas that I could see from ground were repaired. Did not repair others, and mislead me that he did.3) He damaged my concrete driveway by using a dumpster for shingles. Long, deep scrapes from dragging that cannot be repaired.4) Threatened legal action against me for requesting damage repairs by a competent low-bid contractor. He denies all damages that he did to my property.

He was very professional. I never had any doubts about what they say or what they suggest. I have worked with them after this and I always say "Okay!" He has proved he is trustworthy. He is a preferred contractor with my insurance company. I only had to pay the deductible. He explains things. Like when the roof was being done, he stayed with the crew to watch them and make sure it was being done the way it should be done. He is very perceptive about what needs to be done. If he can't do the job he knows who to call. He was extremely reasonable in price. My insurance company seems to be satisfied with him, too. His quality is excellent. It takes a while to return my calls sometimes.
