If I needed a roofer again I would call Cornerstone.

They did a good job. I was very much impressed because they took their time, they're responsive, they're thorough and the estimate was also very good.

Cornerstone did quality work in a timely fashion. The contractors were professional and made sure that I was happy before they went home for the day. EVERYTHING was cleaned up. We had neighbors who found over 300 nails in their yards left from their contractors. We found 3! I could not be happier. I had an EXTREMELY hard time dealing with my insurance company and desk adjuster. My representative, Malcolm Phibbs, went out of his way in dealing with the insurance company (which we have since left) and helped me in filing state complaints against the insurance company. Malcolm is an honest, good person willing to bend over backwards to help in any way. I could not recommend Cornerstone and Malcolm Phibbs any more!

The company representative arrived as promised and gave me his written estimate to remove the hail damaged roofing and replace it. Although his estimate wasn't the least of the three that I obtained, I was impressed with his company's work on a neighbor's roof replacement. After signing a contract with the company, they worked with my insurance company to obtain an adjustment in their estimate of the damages. The workers showed up as promised and completed the job in one day. One negative about the job was that they ran out of shingles before they could finish the job and a worker had to go to Home Depot for enough to finish the job. I had trouble communicating with the workers because they spoke little English and, although I was promised that someone (who spoke English) would be overseeing the job, i did not see anyone other than the workers doing the roofing.

The job was done for the price that was quoted and everything that was promised was delivered, as far as I can tell. A couple of minor fixes remain with the promise to take care of these. Time will tell if the quality of the roofing job is as it should be.

My biggest problem with them was that almost none of the people who came in and actually did the work spoke English. So, that was the major thing. The work done by them was adequate. They charged me about $10000 for their services. We had to have them come back and redo a few things. There is nothing leaking. It's the first time I have ever had a roof installed. The roof looks fine. It was just the mechanics of trying to talk to people and trying to make sure that everything that they said they did was going to get done. Their work was okay, but there were other things like they didn't show up exactly when they were supposed to. We couldn't communicate when they were there. Their price wasn't bad. It's hard to judge professionalism on somebody that you can't talk to. I would probably not use them again.

An agent from Cornerstone was requested to inspect our roof after a hail storm. They found damage and recommended we contact our insurance company. When the insurance company arraived for the appraisal, Cornerstone sent a representative to discuss damage with the insurance adjuster and ensure all damage was noted.

The Cornerstone representative prepared an estimate and presented options to upgrade the roofing. Once we agreed on the price, they set a date for the repairs, showed up on time, and completed the repairs quickly. The representative help us work with the insurance company to complete all the forms necessary for full reimbursement and was always available during the course of the work.

I am extremely pleased with their service and they provided similar service for two other people that I knew. The Cornerstone Rep's name was Audra Bentey.
