Curtis inspected and advised what I could do to improve the tree's environment and allow it to regain its health.

Polite, courteous, fair price. Doesn't oversell.  Very timely responses.
*Emerald Ash Borer is a non native invasive pest that was discovered in Knox County in July of 2011. This pest will attack all Ash trees and cause their death within 2-3 years.  The above treatment is guaranteed to prevent damage from this pest for one year. This treatment should be performed every other year to ensure the pest does not cause significant damage to your trees.

responded to our request for a quote quickly.  Arrived as agreed and gave us an estimate.  We called back and told them to come and set a date.  They were on time but I am not sure the young man who came was all that well trained.  I had to instruct him a bit based on what the original guy has said would be done.   we will have to see if the treatment was effective.
we have to wait a year.

They are always great! We have used them for the third year. I like their knowledge and promptness. They do trimming of low trees and bushes. The primary person there has a Forestry degree from the University of Tennessee.

Curtis comes twice a year to trim my hedge.  He and his crew do an excellent job pruning and tidying up after afterwards. They are not only professional but very pleasant to deal with. I highly recommend.

We had two large red oak trees in our backyard treated with beneficial Mycorhizae root inoculation.  The soil treatment also included a soil conditioner and bio-stimulant. | |These trees are great specimens and we expect the treatment to help keep them healthy and promote new root growth.  We already lost one large tree a couple years after our house was built, and we don't wish to lose any others. | |The owner gave us an estimate within a couple of days of calling, and treatment was done a few days later.  We were very pleased with the service.

We have used this company for the past 2 years - specifically Curtis Casciano.  He is a certified arborist and has a degree from UT in his specialty.  He takes care of our trees and bushes by spraying them for "creepy things" and by trimming them back at the right season. He is in charge of our Japanese Maple, 2 Dogwood trees, 3 Crepe Myrtle trees, a Redbud tree, a Plum tree, 6 Spruce trees, azaleas, rhodadendrons,  Rose of Sharon bushes, and ivy.  He is very friendly, knowledgeable, punctual.  He won't just cut and slash on trees and shrubbery.  He offers good advice on fertilizers and how to break down clay soil so you won't get 'root rot' and lose plants.  We're glad that we found him!
