We had referral from somebody in that kind of work.  They are very accommodating and they are very dependable.  If I needed somebody tomorrow they will make it happen.  I have an elderly father that cannot be left alone and things happen.  For Christmas and stuff like that my regular person who stays there had to go out of town and one phone call and they covered it for two days.

They worked diligently to get a good match for us. They listened to what my needs were. They would assign somebody to us to help with my husband. They looked really hard to make sure the personalities would be compatible with him and I liked that. The first that they assigned didn't work out too well so I asked for somebody else. They found somebody who was really good. They're very conscientious in trying to meet your needs. I could call them at times and get different scheduling and they were agreeable to that.

My mother had surgery and we employed comfort keepers. After a week or so...my moms 3 rings came up missing...we notified them immediatelyand the police....comfort keepers said they spoke with the two women and they denied taking anything...imagine that! We asked about theirinsurance and they said they don't cover such things and their employees denied taking them...my parents are 83 and my dad is blind. when he still had his eye sight he had purchased the three rings for special occassions. .they were irreplaceable. Very bad experience

It was a court-appointed situation. The lady was really intrusive about the care. I would never use them again. The employee actually helped my mother-in-law get a driver's license against doctor's orders. My mother-in-law had dementia.

I have used them for two surgeries and both times they have done just an excellent job. That isn't always true when you are relying on people in a very important way. They are a very professional organization. The people have showed up on time. We used the local hospital and they found the room, they showed up on time, and they did the job that I asked them to do. My husband at first didn't like the idea of someone he didn't know staying with him. He called the last woman his angel of mercy. He had a hernia surgery and he was discharged unexpectedly. He needed help in packing and getting the suitcase to the car. She drove him home and went to the pharmacy and got him pain medicine. They have been trained on how to talk to people. When my husband had the surgery in September 2009, he had cancer and he was up all night. They kept his mind off his surgery and he talked the whole night long. At one point he fell asleep with a glass of water in his hand and spilled all over himself. They cleaned him up and they made sure that he didn't sleep on his back because he had sleep apnea. They are a really trustworthy organization. They are very professional and very kind. They screen people and they train people. They are insured. If people need caregivers, they do housework. I have had them do housework for me. You have to hire them for a minimum of 4 hours. They have driven my husband to doctors' appointments. If they got home sooner than the 4 hours, they have cleaned the house for me. They do light housekeeping. These women are cheerful. It's just a pleasure when you have got a sick relative and you need help from somebody you can trust. In November I had them for 12 hours for 2 nights so that was for 24 hours. It was $150.00 per night. They charge about $16.00 an hour so it depends on how many hours you use them.
