Excellent craftmanship, excellent service, and excellent customer care.

Pam Neuhart worked with us throughout the process during which we made multiple changes in the designs.  When Pam could not be available, she arranged for another employee to work with us.  The quality of the materials is outstanding.  When it came time for installation, it was efficient and orderly.  The workmen were careful about nicking walls and woodwork.  We are very pleased with the outcome.  We had looked at another company but the options were limited and Pam's expertise was invaluable in guiding us with the design.  It is likely that there are less expensive options but closets are in constant use and we feel the price was right for the quality of materials and workmanship.

Everything went very well, and we were very pleased with the whole process.  Our designer, Gina, came by on time and worked with us to come up with the best fit for our master bedroom closet, 3 other closets and a wall of shelves with doors on the lower levels.  The installers came on time and worked very quickly and professionally.  We have an older house and the installation needed to be done carefully in order to fit some of the spaces.

On time and on task for the first visit to submit bid as well as for the followup visit to do the work.
Pricing process on first day was especially slick/ cutting edge. Gary sat down at our kitchen table after looking at the closet space and generated visual blueprints of various closet re-organization options on his laptop. Comprehensive prices flashed up in real time so you immediately appreciated the cost of any option that you added or subtracted. Final price was 100.00 less than otherwise essentially identical bid by competitor.
On job day, Gary set up portable shop on our driveway and went about his business quietly and quickly. Final product exactly as planned.
Overall: small job to be sure, but we had flawless experience.

Closet Solutions did an excellent job, especially in the master closet. I would highly recommend them. I would give them A's all the way down, especially with their design, and customer service.

We had a very good experience with Closet Solutions. We have a small walk-in closet and basically we just wanted more space and for our closet to look nice and neat. Pam came out to give us a free estimate and measure our closet. She then sent us her design. She had some good suggestions for optimizing our space such as adding a wall for hanging robes, purses, etc. I also fell in love with the jewelry drawer and decided to add that also. The installers came out and installed the entire closet system in approx 2-1/2 to 3 hours. We were amazed at how much space we gained by simply having a bar for hanging clothes instead of the wire system. We also had shelves built up to 8' (we have 9' ceilings), which gives us much needed storage. The materials used are of good quality - we visited their showroom to see the material used before purchasing. When we get ready to do the closet in our office, we will definitely use Closet Solutions again.
