They were prompt and professional. We were very happy with the product and the installation. We got three quotea and theirs was the lowest. We would definitely use them again.

It went perfectly. They showed up on time, installed perfectly and cleaned up after themselves. I couldn't have asked for a better installation.

The product was fine but the installation guy did not set the new door over the old door vertically. so we had to have him come back and reset it. Also while they were carrying the new door upstairs they put a hole in the wall.

They were punctual. We were very satisfied with the finished product.

The installers (Keith and Japhet) were gentlemen and good craftsman, their work was accomplished professionally, very clean and neat. We are very satisfied. The office staff (Greg, Chelsea and Kim) were also very professional and a pleasure to deal with.

Friendly professional people. We were having a bathroom remodeled and gave the staff rough estimates off the size we thought our shower would be. The staff quickly worked up 3 estimates showing our different options. When the shower was ready for measuring they came out the very next day. Glass was finished and installed in less than the estimated fabrication time. The glass had one small scratch which the installers pointed out to us. They installed the scratched panel so we could have our shower to use, but ordered a new panel to be made and installed as soon as possible.

We needed to get rid of the overly yellow 1990's brass shower in our master bathroom, and naturally went to the "big box" retailers first. We were disappointed at the selection, and decided to go to Clinton Glass to see what they had to offer. 
We were thrilled that we stopped by their showroom on Kingston Pike, because not only was their quality higher than what the mass retailer could offer, their price was better. And, we were able to support a local business!
Our shower is gorgeous now, and we are very pleased. 
The salesroom staff were pleasant to work with, the scheduling staff were polite, the installers were timely, and did not leave one speck of dirt behind. I highly recommend Clinton Glass, and would most definitely use their services again.

They did a great job and were very professional.   Installation was fast but precise.  We love the result.  Workmen clearly knew their jobs and carried them out efficiently.

Greg and his crew were a pleasure to work with. I emailed Greg to tell him what we were looking for, and he was extremely responsive with both a quote and picture examples of similar shower glass door installs that Clinton Glass had done in the past. When he came to our house for measurements, he showed up on time and we received the quote very quickly afterwards. He was extremely meticulous in taking field measurements as we finished up the rest of our bathroom renovation. He also was helpful in showing us multiple glass options and helping us sort through choices.
Emails were always answered quickly and efficiently during the process, and the installation went wonderfully and right on time. His crew installed a huge glass shower door, two windows, and the mirror in less than 2 hours. To top it off, we received 4 different quotes from glass companies in the area, and Clinton Glass had the best prices. Would definitely work with this company again.

I had a very great experience with Clinton Glass Company.  The main thing that made me want to use them over other glass companies was when Greg came to look at the space and give an estimate, he was very professional and easy to work with.  He was able to show me different photos of options for the shower, and answer all questions I had.  I was able to work with them over email, which I preferred over phone calls, and Greg answered any email questions I had fairly quickly.
I promptly got the estimate, and they worked with me to choose some different options to get it within my budget, which I greatly appreciated.  In addition to the estimate, I was sent a computer drawing of what the shower was going to look like (with dimensions) and some photos of similar showers and hardware.  I felt like they were covering all details so there would be no confusion about what I was getting and what I thought I was getting.  They let me know how long it would take after the order was placed, and we scheduled the job.
The Monday before the week of the installation, they called to confirm the date/time was still good for me.  The installers showed up during the time window they gave me, and were very professional.  I had no worries that the job would not be done top notch.  When they were done I was left with a gorgeous shower, and no sign that any work had even been done that day.
Clinton Glass Company was referred to me by 2 different people, and I would for sure feel comfortable referring them to anyone that needed glass or mirror work done.

Called per a recommendation from coworker. Very prompt on appointment and estimate. Professional in every manner. They had to order the glass and it took 1 month for them to get it as it is not a stock item for them. The amount of time it took from ordering to installation is my only complaint. I would have appreciated an update or an answer to my email when I asked about why it was taking so long. Only the outside pane was shattered so my house wasn't open to the elements and I could afford the extra long wait time for the glass to be ordered. Once they called me that the glass was in, we quickly set up the appointment for installation. Very good installation job; looks as good as new. The workers spent extra time cleaning up the glass that crumbled from removing the old glass, vacuuming both inside and outside to ensure all pieces of glass were removed. Price was competitive, actually better than another highly rated glass company here in West Knoxville. I will use them again.
