This is the second time Preston has performed plumbing work for us and just like the time before it went excellent. Preston is great at what he does and is very fair in the price he charges. I will definitely continue to use him in the future. You will be happy you chose him, he is a great guy.

Very well.  Mr. Landry was (as he has been in the past) punctual, professional and efficient.  We continue to receive excellent service--promptly  responding  to our phone messages and resolving our plumbing issues. Our older homes have undergone a series of renovations that have not been stellar and we appreciate him tackling the task (s) with a sense of urgency to minimize damage.

It seems they have done a good job on the work and everything is working well.  I had trouble getting an invoice from them.

Unbeknownst to us, our kitchen sink had been leaking for a considerable amount of time.  We eventually discovered it when we had to replace a bottle of cleaning solution that was stored underneath it.  We tried to tighten the connections at the trap, only to apply too much pressure and busted the connections.  We were expecting company for dinner that evening and pretty much expected to reschedule.  Mr. Landry offered to come that same afternoon (Sunday of all days!) and rescued us by not only replacing the broken pipes, but by patching a pin size hole he discovered at the base of the sink.  He was quick, personable, professional, and punctual.  Dinner was saved, we were very grateful!!

Preston is a true professional. We felt that he went above and beyond what he agreed to do for us. We had out rough in inspection pass a few hours ago.

His price was more than fair and we plan on using him again for the trim out.

Give him a call if you need some plumbing work done. Tell him Matt recommended him to you.

Preston was quick to flush and remove the old unit and install the new one, including on a raised concrete block to keep it out from the mud.  Wife checked around 30 minutes after the install and says the water is already running hot!

This is actually our second time bringing in Preston for a job and when we had a problem, we knew immediately that he would be the person to get a hold of.  A few months ago it was brought to our attention that we needed a water regulator valve for our home's high water pressure.  Typical water pressure shouldn't be above 80lbs. apparently.  Ours was blasting in at 125lbs.  We have actually seen it taking its toll on our refrigerator's icemaker (had to replace it) and shower faucet and head.

This morning we woke up and had absolutely no hot water; not even slightly warm.  I gave Preston a call around noon and he gave me some tips on things to look for; (making sure the water heater breaker wasn't switched, leaking water heater).  I asked Preston if he would be able to make his way to our house sometime this week and he had actually mentioned he was already on his way.

Preston installed a new water pressure valve for us and installed a new hot water heater element which had gotten damaged from the previous pressure issue.  Preston had this completed before I even managed to get off work and the water is already heating up.  Can't wait to take a stress-free shower now without having to worry that we're going to cause too much pressure build up from long showers.

Thanks again, Preston!

Preston was extremely kind, hardworking and honest.  He also felt very sorry for us because of our former 'plumber' destroying our bathroom.  We originally hired in a plumber to switch our washer/dryer and sink/vanity water connections.  Our original plumber had cut through the sheetrock of our bathroom wall cutting out an 8'x4' section.  In doing so, he cut through 6 wall joists and two water lines.  He also dropped a purple glue on our two week old ceramic tile.  Without completing his job, this plumber left our house as a disaster and took our money and rain.

That's when we discovered Preston with City Wide Plumbing.  At the time, he was using the name Landry Group Services because he just moved down here from another state.  However, he does possess his Master Plumbing License in both states.  Preston was aggitated at the 'work' our other plumber had done to us and helped us out in getting fixed up extremely quickly.  Preston switched the connections for us, repaired leaks in the piping from our other plumber, repaired and restructured our wall supports joists and cleaned up his mess upon completion.

Will definately use him again!
