We purchased mattresses from Mattress Firm in Hixson, TN. Since we were returning defective mattresses we'd recently purchased, we were required to use their delivery service for mattress pickup and delivery, which was Christian Brothers Moving. We were very dissatisfied with Christian Brothers Moving! The delivery men were not only quite rough with the removal of the returned mattresses, but we're also rough and, what we considered to be, careless with the delivery and set-up of our new mattresses. They tried to work independently of one another and bumped the new mattresses up the steps and against the walls and headboard. There was the possibility of mischief behavior during the delivery and set-up of the mattresses, and a police report was filed. I feel violated by this and would advise anyone who has anything delivered to use additional security cameras both inside and outside one's home for additional security and validation. We certainly do not recommend Christian Brothers Moving!!

Rxo had Christian brothers to deliver and set up my new dishwasher. And I have to say Johnathan was amazing. He was very professional and really nice. He was very respectful and nice. My kids also really enjoyed talking to him. The entire time he was here he was nothing but nice. He got the job done all the while talking and cutting up with us. He is a really good worker and we enjoyed having him be the one to do the job!

Jeremiah and his team were awesome. We had two separate installations and moving. The first one was done beautifully. Their team was in and out in about 5mins. with a massive fridge!!! They tested it and made sure we were all set and even gave us recommendations before using. Our second experience, we had some damage because it happens with massive appliances >200lbs. However, Jeremiah took care of us when we were fixing the damages and made sure we were happy. I absolutely recommend Jeremiah and his team to help with your move. Jeremiah is really great to talk and work with so if you have any issues, Christian Brothers will take care of you!

Over-priced, under-served. Upper staff was nice. Crew was super LAZY. They brought a 20 foot truck. I got 80% of that load into a 10 foot truck when clearing my storage unit. Crew lead left 20 minutes in, (after I showed him what needed moved), and then the remaining Crew just went to crap.

This is the 4th time in 8 months we have used Christian Brothers Moving and this last time it was Connor and his crew! He was amazing, capable, gracious and understanding of our unique situation. Connor also showed great compassion for the challenges we were having that day. They were careful with my parents' belongings, efficient with time, but also accommodating with the unexpected changes that came with the move. Thank you, Connor and Christian Brothers!
