We had the best experience with ChemDry! Andrew was very responsive when I asked for a quote. Chem-Dry had very competitive pricing and the team was very well mannered and efficient. They cleaned a sectional for us and it looks and smells like a brand new couch. I will definitely use this company again in the future.

Wow! so happy with the results from this company who cleaned very aged, dull & dirty engineered-wood flooring. Now i have a nice shine again. Also did an amazing job cleaning pet stained carpet. Super friendly people provided a great customer experience. Highly recommend!

I can not say enough good things about Andrew. I'm selling my home and it is under contract, Andrew squeezed me in late in the evening to help remedy the poor service and cleaning done by another company, leaving my carpet saturated and smelly. He was absolutely my saving grace in this situation. Chem-Dry Knoxville will be my go to floor and upholstery cleaning from here on out.

I am a Realtor and needed to have carpets cleaned in between the people moving out and the new owners moving in. I called Andrew at Chem Dry and he worked us in and made it happen. The carpets looked like new again and the new owners were super happy. I have now used him again at one of our properties and as before. He showed up on time, professional and carpets looked new again there too. I highly recommend Chem Dry of Knoxville. Andrew and his staff are wonderful to deal with and I will be using him on all our carpet cleaning needs.

Chem Dry of Knoxville did a fabulous job of cleaning my carpets! I needed pet urine stains removed along with heavy traffic areas cleaned. They arrived timely, we’re very good at communicating and answering any questions. I was amazed at how quickly my carpets dried-they looked brand new! I would highly recommend Andrew at Chem Dry of Knoxville!
