We've used Central Alarm for three years. We haven't had any false alarms, but they check on the system periodically to make sure everything's working properly. They're a very good service and we have no complaints.

I have never really had to deal with them because I have never had any alarms, so I don't know how responsive they are, but it s their job to watch over my house, so I'm sure that s what they do. They are a bit high priced, but I think all of the companies are.
