This job went very well. I am extremely pleased! I ordered this repair through Angie's list. When I ordered the service, the company called me back instantly to schedule an appointment. The crew was very professional and arrived on time. They repaired the leak quickly and cleaned up the area before they left. I would highly recommend this company for any plumbing needs.

Excellent service from beginning to end.  Jenny was the point of contact for Cedar Bluff Plumbing.  I really appreciated her non-judgmental customer service, it  was outstanding.  For example, my cousin was too proud to accept the help being offered and Jenny never said a word as I tried to convince him to accept emergency plumbing help.  As a retired government employee and military wife, I needed to trust the plumbing service offered to my cousin, 600 miles away.  Jenny was patient and understanding of my cousin's medical limitations and his pride.  She took the time to respond within a few hours and the plumber sent was experience along with compassionate to the needs of customer.  The plumber was an Outstanding representation of the Volunteer State, he saw a problem and offered to fix it. Outstanding Service from plumber.  Cedar Bluff Plumbing went the extra mile.  Excellent service and I will use them again.

The plumbers called at the time they said the would. They came out and inspected the job to drain the existing heater and be sure that they had the right unit then left to get the appropriate heater for the installation. When they cam back, they removed the existing heater and hooked up the new one. During the fill and initial heating, a leak was observed coming from the heater. They determined this wasn't normal so the drained this unit and left to get a replacement. The replacement unit went in quickly and smoothly. They answered all of my questions. The entire job was handled professionally.

I purchased a deal of 1 hours labor for a fixed price, plus any extras.  After seeing the problem, plumber told me there was a lifetime warranty from the manufacturer and that I could order what I needed from them for free, saving the cost of the parts.  I did so and he came back when the parts arrived about a week later and installed them.  The price I paid for 1 hour's labor was all it cost me.
