My brake warning light had been on for a while and we had it checked at another place to no avail. One day, my vehicle started vibrating badly and I felt like my brakes were going out, so I had to stop driving and get AAA to tow me to Cedar Bluff Auto Care as we have used them before. They diagnosed it the same day, and it was repaired the next morning. They told us several brake issues that needed to be taken care of (the real cylinder, pads, rotors, etc), but when my husband asked Robert what REALLY needed to be fixed right then in order to drive safely, he said only the cylinder. So, that decreased their original quote by several hundred dollars, and it became an easy decision to go ahead and get it fixed. Since we have an older vehicle, we were deciding whether or not to pay to get it fixed b/c we don't want to keep putting too much money into at this point. So, we're aware we might need brake pads, rotors, etc. in the near future if we keep our vehicle, but we got the issue fixed that was really a concern and was causing the problem. It has been driving fine and the brake warning light has been off ever since, so we will continue to go back and we felt like they dealt with us honestly once we asked what REALLY needed to be repaired just to get it running properly again.
