They responded very quickly, determined the main reason for the break was the ancient water feed line (too thin to rethread). The entire feed was replaced and the meter at the KUB end was cleaned out and corrected. I'll definitely use them again.

Things went ok, they were very prompt and started work quickly since we did have a water leak. The outside line was fixed in about a day. They did worn that they did not do any grading work after they dug up the yard but I think they could have leveled it a little better and part of the hole was not filled in very well. Had to spend about $1000 more and a few days of work to get the yard fixed.
Once the outside was fixed they moved to the inside where we had a leak under the slab. We had already had another company come in and do the demo and clean up the water damage so all walls and ceiling spaces were open for the plumbers to install the new pex. Before work had started we had gone over how everything was going to be installed but the day of installation I found they had installed the piping surface mounted on the outside of the walls instead of in the walls that we had purposely opened for them to install in. Fortunately they did re-install the piping in the correct location but left the wall damaged where the pipes were installed in the wrong location which I had to fix later. They finished the interior work in a day and a half even thought they estimate 4 days to do the work. There were a few minor issues with the installation and a small leak but they did respond quickly and came back out the next day to fix the issues.
All in all they were prompt, worked quickly, and somewhat professional, but for the ease of this project and the price we paid I think installation quality could have definitely been better. Also, even though they worked with us on the price and came down off their original estimate the price was high compared to some other quotes. In the end I do feel confident that things are installed correctly and we shouldn't have any leaks for a very long time.

The service went well. They did exactly what they said they were going to do. They were professional and on time. They were easy to work with and I would highly recommend them.

My main water line broke on the 4th of July. I first called one of the big plumbing companies & was quoted $3800. Because we were still able to use the water, we just turned it off & on when we needed it, I decided to get more quotes. Mr. Carson came out & I liked him right away. He just needed a few days because his schedule was so full & he didn't have his full crew available yet due to one had just had surgery. My water line crossed our driveway & we were very worried at first that it would cause a major problem. Mr. Carson assured me that he could cut the problem area out with minimal damage to the driveway. His company doesn't do landscaping or asphalt work so he said he would do this with minimal work left for us to do. They came back late in the day on Friday, dug the trench up to the driveway & said they would be back first thing the next morning to finish. They didn't want to commit to digging up the driveway yet because it would've left us without water during the night. They were here by 10am Saturday morning & was finished by 11:30am. My yard & my driveway didn't look near as bad as I had expected. He had only cut out a section about 18 inches wide in my driveway. They did their best to pack the dirt back down and really didn't leave as big of mess for me at all. A couple of bags of Quikrete & some grass seed & you would never know what they had done. He even had to dig up a rose bush that was in the way and he planted it back as best he could, bless his heart.

Overall things went good.

Carson is a family owned outfit in the Knoxville area. When they were here, they knew exactly what they were doing and I was impressed. They actually had to replace a whole section of drain because it was so bad. They were a little expensive but they were still cheaper than the others.

The guy that came to my home that day was one of the nicest gentlemen, I had ever hired into my home. Carson Plumbing should take a lot of pride in their workers. He came and was able to repair my toilet one two three. I was surprised when he gave me the bill how incredibly cheap it was. Most plumbers would have charged a lot more.
