I was given a completion time and the car was ready before time. Car was washed too!

I was given details on what to expect and my expectations were exceeded.

I was interested in a car they had in Georgia. They brought it in and let me know it arrived. I said, "Great, I'll take it to my mechanic to get it checked tomorrow." They said, "You buy it first, then take it to your mechanic." That ended it right there. I don't care about their 5-day money back guarantee, I won't buy a car and go through that paperwork before my mechanic looks at it. It was a waste of time.

The people were very nice and knowledgable. The waiting room was spacious but did not have enough seats. The sales floor and waiting room smelled like body odor

Very well. Initially asked to have a car transferred from Nashville, but when it arrived, decided on a different car. No hassles and was in and out in less than 2 hours.

very relaxed and very easy to buy . No negotiating the deal what you see is what you get. I probably will look here again if in the market for a used vehicle.

So far it has gone well!

I have purchased 3 cars from carmax and sold them 3 cars. I have never had a problem from a car that I bought from them. I also enjoy the low pressure sales people. On the other side I feel that they charge a little much for their cars and offer to little on trade in. Also their financing rates are terrible I was offered 12% at carmax and got 5% from the local credit union.

Overall, it was a fabulous experience. Ryan McCloud sold me the car. He was very professional and he went out of his way to cater to my needs. They ended up replacing the top of the convertible, because they found a small tear in it. I might not even have noticed, so I greatly appreciated that they did that.

I have been using there service for a couple years now. They schedule your appointment ahead of time. They are prompt and ready when you get there. There customer service is outstanding. There quotes are right on. They provide a shuttle service to me even though I am little outside of there shuttle service area.

I was very pleased with the service that I received from the company while I was looking at different vehicles on their lot. The prices are all posted on the vehicles. Their prices were very fair and not negotiable. I have also been very happy with the vehicle since I purchased it. They gave me a complete maintenance history on the vehicle as well. They did not pressure me in anyway.

I deal with Carmax Auto for every auto need. They always get me in pretty quick and they have always taken really good care of my vehicles. They gave me a proper estimated time they would be finished with the car and what the cost would be. They were very respectful and dedicated to their job.
