Each cleaner knew exactly what they were doing and the owner was good about making sure everything was done the way she likes it.  They were in and out in 2 hours and finished more than I thought they could. The cleaning was very thorough.  I could tell that each cleaner had a good work ethic and takes pride in her work.  I talked with the owner about her business.  She said she only hires a small percentage of applicants and that she does background checks. My experience is that they are honest.  One of the cleaners found my ipod that I had lost and brought it straight to me.  One thing I really liked is that even though this was a groupon, I got the same cleaning I would have gotten if I wasn't  receiving a discount.

They come in as a team and they are very thorough.  They do a lot of things.  Some house cleaners won’t do a lot.  They don’t sit around and chitchat.  They really work when they come in.  They come in every other week.  We just started using them and they have been here three or four times.  They are usually here for about an hour and a half.  I would say that their price is good because we had another lady for cleaning.  She was charging us the same amount, but she would only kind of come in and just sort of surface clean things.  We went over a list of things that we wanted to have done before we started and actually our interests were almost identical.  They usually give us an hour time.  They always inform us that they are on their way.  They do a lot of jobs and sometimes some jobs take a little bit more.  They always come and they always let us know that they are coming.  They have got their own cleaning solutions that they know are good.  They do a really good job.

They've been cleaning for me for almost two years now.
