I explained to them that I had had a terrible experience with the previous landscaper who took a deposit and then didn't work. I was looking for a quality company with integrity. They bent over backwards to supply just that. I had to go out of town unexpectedly before the project was completed and I trusted them with doing the job right. They are hard-working and honest. They kept me informed of what was happening on the project.
