Dr. Hilla and his staff are excellent. I have two large dogs that I bring in together and the staff does a great job with them both.

My pet is not cooperative so for them to be so good with her, I greatly so appreciate them. Dr. Hilla is fabulous. I like him. He's down-to-earth. I like the way he works with the staff. He's always teaching because they're not just techs, they're student s. He's very good at communicating with the pet parents like me. He comes out and he's very much involved. If he's not busy, he'll come out while you're checking out and chitchat with you and if you have any more questions, he answers them. I just adore his receptionist. She's like a little sister. The tech staff is wonderful. Even though Ginger is not the friendliest dog, they love her anyway because they got to know her. I never had a vet ever compliment how much they thought my cat was pretty. He gave me a compliment on my old, big, fat cat. It's just hoe they are. Every vet is expensive.

I have used this vet office for many years. I used them for my previous beloved golden retriever, Bear (my first golden) who has since passed away. You and your dog are always treated with respect and compassion. Bear received his annuall visit for shots and a check up. He is a rescue from the TN Valley Golden Retriever Rescue League and is my baby. They always take the dog away from the exam room for the blood draw since that is something I do not like to see. Dr Hilla is very nice and so is the staff. I did not have much information on this dog since he was from a rescue league and Dr Hillla addressed all issues I had concerns with regarding Bear. When my other golden passed away, they were very understanding and kind. Also, when my husband unexpectedly passed away, they even sent a plant to the funeral home in Kentucky. That was very touching and they go over and beyond the call of duty in everything they do. I still have the plant in my sunroom and will always cherish it. I regard this as the only place to ever take Bear for vet care.

He and his wife, she runs the office. They love animals and they have a lot of animals. He is a very good doctor. The pricing is about the same as everywhere else. I have been using them for years.

I was very pleased with the care they gave my dog. They did a wonderful job with him, showed him attention and played games with him. He was nice and clean when I picked him up. The staff was very professional and the kennel was kept clean. I would highly recommend this place for pets.
