Spoke with both Roger first and then Robbie on the phone. Both were professional and courteous. Robbie was able to come out the same day we called to do inspection and termite treatment with Termidor. Annual fee is very reasonable at $85, and they also provided Termite Letter for sale of home for $55. VERY PLEASED!!! Thanks Bugman Team!! :-)

My service tech is Bill Maxey, he's been doing inspections for me for about 10 years. He goes way beyond the work he has to do. I told him I was hearing something in the attic and he offered to check the attic when he was here for the termite inspectio,  He checks under the house for termites and other pests and, at my request, also lets me know if anything needs to be replaced or repaired.

Ants have been plaguing us for some time now and we had exhausted all of the home remedy and hardware store options, so we decided to call an exterminator. We got an appointment right away. The gentleman stayed for almost an hour, spraying and checking inside and outside the house. He found 2 large nests. He took the time to explain what he had done and was very thorough. The work was done almost a week ago and no ants in the house! We are very pleased. If the bug man has to come back and do a second treatment(which is possible with ants) the cost is lower.

I called Bugman for an inspection for pest, because we had problems with ants. We went ahead and had Bugman spray for everything that existed. They did a great job in their profession and I would recommend them to anyone.

Bugman's work was so poor, that they have cost me about $2,000 in repair costs. They didn't do a good follow up inspection like they were paid to do. I found out that the treatment they were providing was inadequate. Unfortunately it was too late, when we discovered that the damage was already done.
