It went very well. In fact, there was a warranty issued and they came right out and took care of everything.

The service went wonderful. I love them, my blinds. They clean-up and they are very considerate and very thoughtful. They showed me all the blinds including the availability. It took more than enough time to measure every window and showed me what they used. That was way back in December and then yesterday, they installed them. They called and they set the date. They explained what they are going to do before doing it.

Salesman was very knowledgeable and professional. Called to confirm date and time of installation. Installers arrived on time. Installation was done in a professional an quality manner. We will definitely use them in the future. Extremely happy customer.

The entire experience with the Budget Blinds staff was outstanding for us. First, scheduling a consultation was fast and easy; we left a message via Angie's List on a holiday (that was when *I* remembered to do it, so I made sure to explain I was in no hurry) and Sue contacted us the next working day. Brad came out and actually couldn't do the windows we wanted covered - they are a very large, odd trapezoidal size - the top windows on a 1970's A-frame - but he gave us some ideas I have since followed up on. So, we talked about the bottom half windows, and he was very helpful re: types of coverings, colors, etc. I have NO design sense so his suggestions were extra helpful for me.  I ordered double corded double cell shades for both windows and waited a very reasonable 2 weeks for delivery and installation. (Note: I could have had them installed a few days earlier  - less than two weeks - but *I* had to cancel the first installation appointment).
The installers were awesome. They were friendly, professional, and took extra time to make sure the shades were 'just right'.  They suggested an extra 'hook-thingy' that came with the shades since they saw my cat outside, so I took them up on the offer to install that, too.
My only complaint is that now I want *all* of my windows done! I will definitely use them again.

From the time of the estimate and the blinds selection to the day of installation, Budget blinds treated us like we were their only customer.  Brad is the epitome of professionalism and his installation folks mirror that attitude.  We marvel all the time about our beautiful new blinds.  YEAH!!!!  Installation takes a few minutes or less per blind.  No muss no fuss.  We are getting ready for Phase 2 (our upstairs). Who are we going to call?  Budget Blinds of course!!!

They did a nice job, professional job virtually throughout, and I found the experience positive.  I can't remember all the names, but there was no pressure to buy, the advice they offered regarding style and color was sound, the follow-up and installation was very good.  Maggie tracked my remodeling, holding the order for me til I was ready. 
The price was quite good, better than I'd expected, but it was because they offered a significant discount (something like 40%) for my new home purchase.  I think I bought eight blinds, 1" aluminum from their Signature series.  One was very big, about eight feet long. 
The only surprising thing was that there was no follow-up after installation, and I had a couple things I wanted to bring up.  First, the very long blind has a very, very slight (but noticeable) sag in middle and needs another support; also, the installer told me a small blind installed in the bathroom was about a quarter-inch too short and should probably be re-cut.  He said he would pass this on and someone would get back to me.  Since he told me the store would follow up, I didn't bother to call on either count, as I was extremely pressed for time.  But follow-up hasn't come and I'm on to other things now.  Still, these issues are so slight as to not affect my rating, and I'm confident I can go back to them whenever I'm caught up and ready to deal with it. 
Yes, I most certainly would use them again, without reservation.

We just moved in to a new house and needed window coverings ASAP!! I submitted a request for a quote online, heard back the next day, and the day after that, Brad was at our house! He was friendly and professional and took his time explaining our options. We submitted our order. The blinds came in and we were contacted to schedule an installation date in less time that originally estimated. All told, I think I submitted the request for a quote and the blinds were installed in the space of 2 weeks. The 2 guys that came to our house to install the blinds were also very friendly and polite (even came early, after calling to confirm that was ok first!). What a refreshing interaction we had with this company. They did what they said they would, we paid a very fair price, and it was all done quickly. We will be using them again when we have the need!

We are in the process of remodeling our second story, which includes all new paint and flooring.  Brad came to the house with samples of colors and textures, and helped us to select the best shades.  The process was easy, and Brad was a pleasure to work with.  The shades were ready before the painting job was done, and Budget Blinds was very accommodating in working with our schedule to install the shades at our convenience.  The selection and installation of the shades has been the smoothest and least stressful of this entire remodel project.  I would definitely use Budget Blinds again, and recommend them highly.

The owner came out and spent more than an hour with me, showing me options, pricing different options, measuring my windows. He was very professional, helpful, and knowledgable, and he helped me figure out what was best for our home since I really didn't have a good idea of what I wanted and/or what the job would cost. The installer arrived on time (early, actually) and was very professional, neat, careful with my things, and did a great and quick job installing our blinds. My home is much improved!

They were generally good. The owner was very good about discussing options and suggesting a good solution to our problem. The owner was very professional. The installer who came out was much less impressive. They had done work for others in our condo complex and apparently the general experience was positive.

He was very professional and knowledgeable. I thought he had a good product and I really liked what this company had to offer. We will probably go with this company when we are ready to do the job. I might choose a different type of blind though instead of the plantation blinds.

Doug, the owner, really cared about what we needed. He came out to our home to discuss the various options we had initially. He was very professional and answered all our questions, giving us some tips and suggestions on what would be best. The service men that came out to finally install the blinds and shutters we purchased were neat, very courteous and really knew what they were doing. At one point there was a part that needed to be ordered and they did so very fast, following up with the completed install within the week.

They did a wonderful job walking me through the process of picking out the blinds I wanted and were not too pushy either. We set a day and time that was convenient for me, which they arrived on time. They were respectful and professional. They came out twice, once for the measurement and then for the installation. They had reasonable prices and we were satisfied with the ending results.

They kindly arrived at our home prepared to install the blinds. They respectfully made sure that it was appropriate to enter every room they had to enter including the bathroom. They did a great job with the blinds.
