Buckner’s was responsive and prompt. They diagnosed and fixed the issue quickly. We needed the car back the same day, and even though they were busy, they worked to make sure it was done in time. Excellent service all around!

This is a no-frills place, but has people who care about what they do and are very knowledgeable and reasonable. They are very conscious of costs, and are honest enough to try to save the customer from unneeded expenses. (Cost listed above is approximate, since I couldn't find receipt.) We really appreciated their attitude and know-how, and were grateful for someone we felt we could trust.

Buckners was awesome to deal with! I have had steering issues for a while now and turns out i had a bent wheel (thanks to knoxville pot holes and my bad driving) He was honest about the problems and fixed it. He even said to just bring it by every 6k miles and he will rotate for free. Now i expect to pay, but he did offer.

I have used them for years. He has always done everything on y vehicle for each problem. He is very affordable. I will definitely use him again in the future.

I went on Angie's List to find out a good reputable dealer and somebody who works on cars; so that's who they gave me. I went with them because of the grades they had on Angie's List. They were really good. I would use their services in the future too.

I have always been very satisfied with Buckner's work. There have been times when I have brought my car in for something that turned out to be minor, and Buckner's will not charge a dime. Everyone makes mistakes, but I can't recall Buckner's ever making one. I trust these guys totally; not because I am clueless, but because they have proven themselves time and again. Their work is top notch and they will deal with you honestly.

My brakes were making squeaking noises. I went to 2 places (not buckners), each gave me the same BS line that auto places give you when you go for brakes. They always start with your pads are worn down and roters have to be replaced, then if really bad your calepers are seized and need replaced. Of course I felt of my roters and they were smooth and not worn at all. I always ask if they will turn my roters and the bad places will always reply with the DOT will not let us do that they are too worn. ALWAYS BEWARE OF ANY PLACE THAT GIVES THE DOT LINE ! Were going to charge $400+

I went to buckners and of course with no nonsense and complete honesty they tell me that my pads need replaced and my roters were fine. and even if my roters need replaced it would not be that much to replace.

We've been dealing with Buckner's for 20 plus years. They are completely honest, great people. This is a no frills auto shop, (no coffee or fancy waiting room) but you can count on them to give you honest answers and service. They are so good that they sometimes can't give same day service, even early in the week, yet their charges haven't gone sky high like some other good shops locally. We go miles out of our way to hve almost all our car service done here. They recently steered our 21 year old son away from buying a truck that looked good but was, in fact, a lemon. They advised me to trade our older car which had a gasket problem. I can't say enough for these good people.

We had a "check engine" light come on and brought it to Buckner's to check it. They hooked up the computer and then asked if we had recently got gas. It turned out it was just that the cap was not back on well! No charge :). We have also been to them for other service and found they do good work for a fair price.

These folks have taken care of my cars since I came up to Knoxville in 1980. I take my cars to them and they take great care of me. This particular case was when in one day I had two flats. Since I was needing new tires anyway, and right away, I managed to get my Jeep to them later in the day and they managed to work me me, get me a great deal on exact replacement tires and had me ready to go by the next morning.
