Sales person came out showed me what all they would do. I mentioned a tree on property line and he said no problem they would build fence around tree. Fence put in and fence was built right up against tree. Contacted company and response was nothing they could do because there was not a tree mentioned in the contract I signed and the sales person was no longer with the company. I showed them text messages where sakes person said tree would not be an issue and they could build fence around tree. Response was still nothing they could do. They did agree to send someone out to finish putting nails in boards at the tree since nails in boards was actually in the contract. Someone came out during the week and nailed one board completely but left the board right next to that one with nails missing. Contacted the company several times about the second board not being nailed but no response. I also showed the salesperson the sprinkler piping and for them to watch out for the pipes and he said that would not be a problem. When sprinkler system was put in service this season there were at least 4 broken pipes from the fence installation. I have not mentioned that yo the company because response will be the sprinkler system is not in the contract. My advice is to stay away from this company but if you decide to go with their low ball bids, like I did, make sure to read the contract fully and be sure everything they need to do to complete the job they should do is in the contract. They cannot be trusted to do a good job if it’s not in writing.

Once Bryant fence company has your money, they absolutely ignore any issues that arise and ignore the customers concerns. I would avoid the hassles I have experienced with them and use an alternative fence company

The entire process was very straightforward and easy. We had other companies come and quote us that left us without a quote or a plan to get the fence done. Bryant Fence was great and completed the project on time. Several years later and my fence still looks great!

They were incredible. The owner, Dan, was extremely kind. He followed through on his word. And his prices were better than we expected. And his employees were some of the most respectful men we had of all of the subs during the 2 years of our new construction build.

My wife and I purchased a fence from Bryant Fence in 12/2020. The salesperson, Sam, gave us a quote (attached). Please note that the quote has 2 items checked. First item is that the fence is 6 INCHES WITHIN my property and second that the property pins were FOUND. Sam also assured me that all required calls would be made by Bryant Fence for local regulations regarding the installation. As a pharmacist, I am not in the business of building fences and was assured by Bryant Fence in all verbal communications this would be a smooth and easy installation following all codes and property lines; all I needed to do was write the check. HOWEVER, what the company does not tell you, is that the contract sent to your email shortly after accepting the quote has SMALL PRINT that states any fence incorrectly installed outside your property lines by the company is 100% your responsibility. I don't know about you, but when the quote has two check-boxes assuring property lines are appropriately assessed, I put my confidence in said company knowing what they are doing. This was not communicated verbally at all by Sam or any associate of Bryant Fence and the QUOTE itself indicates that the company has taken care of these issues by checking these boxes (attached). Why else would these boxes exist if not to communicate to the customer that this work was properly done? Anyways, in 12/2021, right after I have installed 150 feet of french drain around the fence perimeter and stained the fence myself, my neighbor has a surveyor come and inform me the fence had been installed about 8 FEET into his yard, potentially because Bryant Fence had installed the fence based on my NEIGHBORS property pins. I then immediately emailed Bryant Fence and spoke to manager, Robin Hurst, who said the home owner assumes ALL RESPONSIBILITY despite the items being checked off by their company in the quote and their previous verbal communications (see attached). They would not stand by their work or admit to an egregious mistake on their part. To add insult, she also said she would be willing to fix the issue at 100% cost, no discount or anything to make the situation right. Email is attached as well. They will not receive a penny more from me. I will have to personally deconstruct and rebuild the fence myself, on my own time. I worry for those who may be older or not strong enough to dig the fence posts/or have the time to do so. They will be exploited. I recommend everyone to AVOID this company if they want to be confident that their fence is built on their property lines. The company is not professional and does not admit to serious mistakes when they make them. Don't just take my word for it, there are other google reviews with the same issue as my own. Do not trust this company! They will not stand by their work or the statements plainly listed on their quotes and will instead hide behind fine print in an online contract that is not communicated face to face during the transaction. On another note, the employees left an enormous mud mess along the fence and did not clean up after installation. I had to shovel and bag all the left over clay mud myself. They also left saw blades (about 5) all across my yard. If I had children, they could have stepped on these and been hurt. The company is careless in this regard. Do not spend your hard earned money on this company's services. There are better companies out there who follow the appropriate regulations and have much better customer service. I know Bryant Fence will probably reply on this post and negate much of what I am saying based on the "fine print" after you accept their quote but CONSIDER YOURSELF WARNED.

We used Bryant fencing to put a black rod iron fence around our patio. this was a very professional company and did a great job! They responded in a timely manner and got the fence installed with short notice. We've called on them for some adjustments over the years and the owner has always taken care of us. We have used other fencing company that were not near as satisfactory. I would highly recommend this company!

David Bryant just installed a fence for me and I'm very disappointed. When discussing with his sales rep I told him I wanted the smooth side turned in on the sides and the back of the fence. I have a neighbor with a fence that looked the way I wanted mine and I pointed it out to the sales rep and we discuss the pros and cons of putting the smooth side of the fence on the inside. It was installed with the smooth side out on all sides. I informed David Bryant and he said they would correct the issue and his rep admitted to me on the phone that he had failed to write the instructions on the work order. 3 weeks later they came to work on it. When I got home I found many of the boards several inches off the ground, enough for a small animal to get out. When initially installed they all ran along the ground. I asked the crew to fix it and they refused. I call Mr. Bryant and he arrived at my house an hour later and his crew began moving the boards down. I also pointed out to Mr. Bryant that in numerous places shims had been used instead of a full board and that I understood the need for them at the end of a row but not throughout the fence and that I wouldn't pay until it was correct. He threatened me with legal action and told his crew to begin taking down the back 3 sides of the fence. His behavior was very unprofessional. I managed to get them to stop but not before being bullied by Mr. Bryant and being told that my contract said the boards were to be installed on the outside of the fence, which it does not, and him telling me he was doing me a favor by not charging me to fix his error. I have not yet made final payment and have hired a professional inspector to evaluate the fence. Mr. Bryant told me he has no intention of correcting the incorrectly installed boards. It looks horrible. I'll have to hire someone else to replace and move the boards.

Absolute professionals from beginning to end. Sam was great with explaining the details of my quote. He listened to exactly what I needed and offered suggestions while walking the property and that helped us make the right decisions. Next Carlos was FANTASTIC!!! When he and his helper showed up to do the work he ask lots of questions and walked the property with me as well to ensure he was installing our fence in the correct location. Carlos also offered suggestions on aligning certain parts of my fence that made it look great!!! Rick also showed up to confirm with me certain parts of the fence project like the gate placement and also discussed our County regulations in regards to our pool. When the job was complete Rick called and come by to ensure we were completely satisfied and told us if we had any issues just give them a call. These men were professional and the most respectful of ANY company I have every done business with. Sam, Carlos, Rick, THANK YOU!!!

Bryant Fence Company provided us with a prompt and efficient quote with a 3-4 week lead time. We were told that the office was only open until 10am everyday, so dropping off the deposit was tricky...couldn't go on my lunch break, couldn't go after work, I had to recruit my dad to drop it off. The fence installation actually got started 5 weeks to the day after the deposit was paid, but the weather was very rainy in the weeks leading up to the installation, so that's understandable. The crew who installed the fence was very efficient and tidy. Overall, we're very pleased and would highly recommend this company.

Everything with Bryant Fence went fabulous from the quote to the actual work. The crew that came was very nice and did excellent work. Bryant was a little higher than one quote, however, the guarantee was longer and Dave Bryant is very familiar with pool code and how the fence had to be done to meet code.

These guys are class act! Wonderful nice professionals. I was recommended them by a friend/neighbor and I was very impressed with my 6ft wood privacy fence. Also, on one side they made an honest mistake and didn't go back far enough; I told them the problem and they tore down the wrong part and put it up in the right spot. Salesman to workers, to the owner himself. Great job! A++

Rick came out and gave me an estimate on how much to repair my fence. The cost was reasonable, but I chose to simply have the fence removed since it was in really bad shape. The fence was removed completely in one day and there was no debris left behind. If I ever need a fence installed, I will consider Bryant Fence Co. Their work exceeded my expectations and the price was fair.

The first problem was they severed the electric line putting in a fence post. We needed to pay to have this repaired. Secondly, they did a poor job of anchoring the fence posts in the concrete pool deck. The concrete supporting those posts has chipped out in several places and I've had to recaulk and reseal those posts to stop them from wobbling. Thirdly, one of the middle fence posts was never given a concrete foundation. They just jammed rocks and sand in the hole, which I had to dig out and put concrete in to prevent that post from wobbling. Fourthly, for one post the top rails were cut an inch to short so instead of redoing it with new rails, they put brackets on that post to try and hold the rails in place. Unfortunately, this is still not adequate and the rails still pop out of the post.  I've had to get extensions to the brackets so that the rails finally can be firmly attached for that section of  fence. Lastly, the back gate lock does not even work.

Installed a new privacy fencing. They were on time and completed work within the time frame. Two weeks after the fence was installed, a tree branch from neighbor's tree damaged a corner of the fence and Bryant fence came back and fixed it for free. Totally happy with their service and responsiveness. I would highly recommend this company.

It went great from start to finish. Rick came and did the estimate, and they were substantially cheaper than the other 2 companies we got our quotes from. They showed up in about 2 weeks when they said they would, and put the entire fence up in 1 day, and did it exactly the way we said we wanted it (and we made SEVERAL annoying changes along the way, and they never once complained about having to switch it up). I highly recommend them.
