Professional Moving Service Piano
THEY DID A VERY GOOD JOB AND THE ORGAN ARRIVED IN EXCELLENT CONDITION. I REALLY APPRECIATED THE COMMUNICATION IN DEALING WITH THIS FAMILY OWNED AND OPERATED COMPANY. THEY UNDERSTOOD MY TIME FRAME AND ACCOMMODATED THEIR SCHEDULE TO FIT ME IN. THEY ALSO DID NOT GIVE ME SOME LONG WINDOW OF TIME THAT I HAD TO WAIT FOR THEM. THIS WAS ESPECIALLY CONVENIENT BECAUSE THE ORGAN WAS NOT IN MY OWN HOME BUT RATHER A FAMILY MEMBER'S APARTMENT. THEY COMMUNICATED WITH ME VIA CELL PHONE IN THE DAYS PRIOR TO THEIR ARRIVAL IN MY AREA AND ALSO ON THAT MORNING SO THAT WE COULD ARRIVE AT THE APARTMENT AT THE SAME TIME WITH NO UNNECESSARY WAITING ON MY PART. THEY HAD JUST AS GOOD COMMUNICATION WITH MY MOTHER AT THE OTHER END SO SHE KNEW EXACTLY WHEN TO EXPECT THEM. I TRULY FEEL THAT THEY CARE ABOUT THE PIANOS AND ORGANS THEY MOVE AND WILL TAKE EVERY CARE TO ENSURE THAT THEY ARE NOT DAMAGED.
