Bonnies installed original garage door for builder before we bought the house in 1991. They have done all service since and I will call them for any future work. This family run company represents everything my husband and I love about East Tennessee. They are available, on time, knowledgeable, hardworking, persistent, a reasonably priced, and pleasant to deal with. Can't say enough good about this second generation father and son business. One of the cables had snapped on my garage door. In the process, one of the tracks became badly bent, and in my ill advised attempt to fix it, I made everything worse. We called Bonnie's at 7:00 am and to my surprise, there were at my house by 7:20 am. Due to the mess I had made, I figured this would be an extended job at best. In about 2 hours, they had completely fixed the problem and the garage door now works better than ever. I was completely pleased with the results and highly recommend Bonnie's for your garage door repairs.

They scheduled the appointment quickly and showed up right on time time. They even called and told me they were on the way. They quickly figured out the problems and fixed them and explained what caused them and how to avoid future problems. The doors and openers are almost 40 years old so I appreciate that they got them back into working order. I probably will replace these old wooden garage doors soon and I will definitely get an estimate from Bonnie's. They have replaced a spring in the past and have always been prompt, courteous, and not overpriced.

Excellent customer service!

My garage door was sounding very rough and I was under the assumption that it was going to break. He came out and adjusted everything and sprayed WD-40 where necessary and gave me a few tips on extending the life of my door.

They were there in 45 minutes and the repair has lasted ever since. They are very nice to do business with and very professional

Very prompt and professional. Will definitely use them in the future for all our garage door needs. Very affordable and they don't try to sell you something you don't need.

I have an old wood garage door probably 60 years old. One of the metal brackets at the bottom of the door had rusted out and broke causing the roller to come off on that side. I couldn't get the door to go down so I had to cut the wiring so I could shut the door. I called Bonnies to come out the next day to look at it. I thought I would have to get a new door, but they were able to fix my old one and saved me the expense of a new door. They installed new brackets at the bottom, also a missing hinge in the middle of the door and all new wiring. Door works great again! The father and son team were very nice to work with.

The job was performed quickly and professionally. Everything was lubed and checked thoroughly prior to departure. Cost was fair and reasonable.

We have been in our house 23 years, and Bonnie's is the only company I ever use for garage door and garage door opener repair. I was unable to close my garage door before going to work one morning, and I needed to manually disengage the electric opener so I could close the door. When I got to work, I called and requested service. They came to my house that afternoon, and were able to close the door with no problem. Because they could not find anything specific that needed service, they did not even charge for a house visit. We do need to replace the garage door this year, since it is 25 years old and warped, and Bonnie's is the company we will use.

Mike Demastus arrived promptly and quickly diagnosed our problem with our garage door opener. He replaced the circuit board within minutes, provided some general 'preventive maintenance' tips, and left us with a functioning garage door opener after receiving payment. Mike is a very nice fellow; we'll use him again in the future if we have any further garage door issues.

The job itself went very well.
