Blass fixed the roof, but there was a final portion to place drip edge around the installed flooring that was never done. The PM for the project moved companies and didn't complete the work. Customer had to pay out of pocket to a different contractor to complete the work. Customer should have gone with a different company from the beginning because the project was not directly related to the work that they typically conduct.
