Blake Rickels has exceeded my expectations twice. First as my listing agent six years ago. He sold my home for full asking price in THREE days in my subdivision that had not sold any homes in the recent past. AND I was out of state and he handled everything for me. Seamlessly. Now I’ve moved back to Knoxville and needed to purchase a home quickly in this difficult market. He found the perfect place and negotiated for me to buy it (with many competing offers) in FIVE days. He also got a closing in FOURTEEN days. Again, miraculous in this market. He has even provided references for excellent contractors to remodel the home in a reasonable timeframe. The most amazing thing about Blake is that he cares. He truly cares. It doesn’t matter to him if you are a buyer or seller or if you are a $200,00 buyer or a million dollar buyer. Blake Rickels was outstanding from the very first interview that I held to look for a Realtor.  His professionalism and knowledge as a Realtor was very impressive so I hired him to sell my home.  When I was ready to list my home Blake made the process a lot easier than I had ever imagined.  He was very attentive and courteous at all times and always went above and beyond to ensure that my husband and I were informed of every detail.  Blake gave great ideas for Staging the home for a quicker sale and he also used a professional photographer to show the home at its best.   Other realtors even asked him about his photographer after viewing the home based on the high standard of the photos.  He also provided references for a house cleaner and a handy man to perform any needed minor repairs.  Once the home was officially ready to be listed, it sold extremely fast even during the slow time of Winter.  Blake handled all of the communication with the other Realtors for showings and closing, the Title Company, etc.  He made sure that everything was complete and that there was nothing that my husband and I were not made aware of.   Blake Rickels made the process of selling our home easy and I would highly recommend him for any Real Estate transaction whether you are buying or selling a home in the Knoxville area!
