They did absolutely nothing to correct their mistake. They said we were responsible for the problem since we signed off on the invoice with the wrong order number. Although it should be noted once again that the invoice never gave any detail that would have led us to believe that the couch ordered did not have brass nail heads. I guess it could have been worse. If Bill Cox Furniture had ordered the wrong color for us, they would have blamed that on us as well since we signed the invoice paperwork.
Buyer beware. Before you sign any paperwork, make sure they show you a website for the manufacturer and you verify that the order number on your invoice matches the identical item you ordered. Bill Cox Furniture will not correct any mistake they make and will hold you responsible! I will not buy again from them for this reason.
