The price was good. I didn't appreciate their customer service as far as the treatment when we were in the store and their knowledge on the product that we used. We specifically used Ditra backing instead of cement backer board for tile. There were some challenges that no one at that particular store told us about or even really gave us any information on how to install. There were some issues with the tile we ordered and it took us three trips before we actually got our tile picked up. The quality of the product was fine. We bought their grout and followed the directions and we ended up having to buy new grout at another store. The grout we purchased at Beretta following the directions said that there was a 10 minute flaking period. It was supposed to be cement texture after it flaked. By the time we were done with the 10 minute flaking recommended on the bag, it was solid rock. The only thing we could think of was that it had gotten damp at some point in the past or it was old. We followed the directions specifically. All of the little things compiled together would probably make me go somewhere else for products the next time. I probably would not use them in the future.

They were very helpful. Their staff is extremely knowledgeable, we're talking 15-20 years of experience. The quality of work is excellent. He helped me pick out the back splash and then installed it and did beautiful work. They showed me a lot of options during the decision making process.
