Great, best in town.

Worried about a leak in the roof of our house, I called Barnett Roofing and got David Barnett on the phone. He came the same day to check it and said that the flashing around the chimney needed caulking. He said it was minor ... he and his crew fixed it, and he didn't charge me for it. What terrific service! I learned about him through Angie's List, and I'm definitely going to call him when our current roof needs to be replaced.

Dave came out soon after my request for an estimate. He quickly identified the likely problems and provided a detailed estimate of the work that would be needed to repair them. Because of weather, it took Dave teams two visits to (1) find and resolve the leak and (2) remove the previously-installed gutters on the dormers and replace them with new, properly-installed gutters. Dave's teams were top-notch--friendly, knowledgeable and hard-working--and they did an excellent job of cleaning up after they were done. They did outstanding work!

Inspected, found leak and repaired. Also, applied Kiltz to the ceiling. This company is A 1 - very courteous and has an excellent business manner. David did not seem to mind that I followed him around during the inspection. Further, he took pictures of the leak and shared them with me. He has a warranty on his work. This is a great company to do business with.

David showed up when he said he would, was extremely kind and professional, and he immediately put us at ease. We thought we might be looking at a whole new roof, but he assured us ours still had some good years left in it. He then fixed the immediate problems in one visit and gave us a very fair estimate on a small section of the roof that does need replacing. We were over the moon delighted with his service work ethic and would recommend him very highly!

Our roof was 9 years old and the original builders used a low quality shingle for which we could only expect a few more years so we opted to patch the roof rather than replace it. Barnet roofing did a good job matching the shingles though they are noticeably different. The repairs are intended only until we replace roof in a few years so we can live with it for now. We had another contractor to do insulation work in attic below the roof leak and he notice the original decking was still in place and had some mold growth on it. He treated the mold/mildew but would have given A rating had that sheet of decking been replaced.

He was prompt and followed through with what he intended to do. He came first and then sent his team out to bring the correct shingles.

Watched him handle initial problem and he wants to know if rain forecasts for this weekend show any leaks. He was professional and seems trustworthy and knowledgeable.

Outstanding in every way! Phone calls returned! Showed up as promised! Friendly and professional! I had a roof leak that turned out to be minor (but I didn't know that at the time). David Barnett drove from Knoxville to Sevierville (Wears Valley), repaired the leak in just a few minutes. But he did more...he inspected the entire roof, made some observations and recommendations and fixed a few other minor problems and refused to take my money. Believe me; I really tried to pay him. He is giving me an estimate for some other work that we may do at a later date...but for now he solved the problem. My highest recommendation!!!

David Barnett did a good job checking the entire roof. He applied caulking around some nails on the roof. I was very pleased with the work he did on my roof. If you need a new roof be sure to call David Barnett, he has a great crew and they will do a first class job installing your new roof.

I'm blown away by Dave and his guys! Instead of taking the easy way out and just replacing the leaking pipe boot that had caused a bit of rot on the plywood, they took the time to (first leave and go to the store for a bundle of shingles to match) cut out and replace the bad wood, replace the pipe boot and re-shingle that section... Unbelievable! With such incredible attention to detail, not to mention calling and showing up on time, Knoxville is lucky to have roofers like these guys!

could not have been easier Mr Barnett was so very helpful and helped me with getting the correct paperwork to my insurance company did the estimate for free and tried to fix what he could to stop the leak knowing that rain was moving in at no charge he was the best that one could ask for thank you again

David is very professional and he explained the process of replacing our roof. Everything went according to the way David said it would go. The work performed was done exceptionally well. It was done in the time frame promised. His crew were courteous and worked very efficiently. Clean up was very thorough. We are very pleased with the way our house looks!

David was very professional and followed up while out of town and again a week after the repair was made to ensure the roof was repaired and no longer leaking. The price was very reasonable.
