Hired B&G on a renovation project and they never pulled permits - city shut down my job. Waited 6 weeks for B&G to rectify the situation and they never did. Don't even know if the work they did will pass inspection or if I will have to pay someone to redo it all. Beware of this company.

Our downstairs toilet and sink were backed up. Turned out the main pipe, leading to the street, was clogged out toward the front yard. Bryan snaked it out. Haven’t had an issue since (6months). We called B&G again because the water temperature in our shower wouldn’t get hotter than luke warm. Bryan came again and replaced the cartridge (I think that’s what it was called) which regulates the hot and cold water at the faucet. Now our water runs hot and we don’t experience temperature change if someone uses the sink or if the washing machine or dishwasher is running! Bryan was a pleasure to work with and a genuinely nice guy. I definitely recommend B&G
