I use them for all my car repairs. They have always been honest and professional. They have helped me out in many ways. They let me know what jobs need to be done first and what can wait.

I called these people after finding such good reviews on Angie's list. Everything about them was first class! I was able to take my car over right away, they got to it right away, and got done in record time. This was after they had given me a firm price for labor over the phone. They were friendly, courteous, and competent.

I've been using them for about five years.  They are very contentious, tell me what I need in the future and don't try to upsell me, which I appreciate. They were done the same day.  They have a comfortable waiting room with coffee and will even take me back home if needed.  They are very accommodating.

Their office is cleaner than most doctors offices are.  They have complementary beverages.  The staff is very friendly and honest.  They are very quick too

Amazing service. Will tell you exactly what is wrong with your car without over-charging you and adding things that need to be done in addition to what you asked for. A+

The lobby and waiting area are immaculate, comfortable and have free beverages and big screen tv. Staff is very friendly and they fixed my car on the spot with very little waiting. Price was very reasonable and I will definitely use them again.

I was on a 1,500 mile trip. Before the trip I thought I had a battery recharging problem fixed back home in Michigan.
About half way through the trip the voltage indicator was often showing lower and lower voltage . So, I stopped in a very convenient place on Interstate 75 in Knoxville. After settling into a good motel with wifi I searched for good auto service and towing in case my car did not start in the morning or stalled out on the way to the shop. Using Angies List and Yellow Pages reviews I found Autoxtend to be by far the most highly recommended in both areas. I called some of the businesses the night I stopped and had some good backups available. Autoxtend opened at 7:30 am. I called them then and they were available to help and gave me the contact info for the towing person.
The towing person confirmed he was available if needed. It turned out that I did not need a tow. I checked out of the motel and arrived at Autoextend at 8am. They were every bit as friendly and professional as the reviews said they would be. They did their trouble-shooting, gave me an estimate, which I accepted and I drove away a happy person by 10 am. I had 2 estimates which were higher and 2 which were lower. They gave me a 12,000 miles 12 month warranty which is good nationally. The other customers and I had a great time visiting while we waited. They came in five percent below the estimate. I hope to find a business like Autoxtend near my home. I highly recommend them.
Fyi Angie's List is not picking up the correct location for where the work was performed (rather, where was the Angie's list center point).
It should read 144 Merchants Dr., KNOXVILLE, TN 37912, which was the location of my motel. Angie's list has some work to do to make reviewing easier and more accurate. Their draft functionality kept losing info too.

I had my vehicle towed to there lot the day before. When I arrived they took my info and ask the symptomsof my problem. They immediatly started on my vehicle. Soon they had figured the problem out and give me the cost to fix it. I oked it and ask if they would change my oil to.

They did a really good job. It was a pleasant environment, they have a nice area you can sit in and do computer stuff with Wi-Fi and they have a vending area. You walk in and they know your name or they learn it for the next time. They greet you by name and it's just a really nice place. I talk about them all the time.

When I was in the auto parts business they were my customer for about 15 years. I used them myself personally and for all of my company's vehicles. They have a tremendous track record for being good at service. They have a very, very updated facility and all the updated equipment. It is a total package so I don't have to go to a dealership and pay those labor rates.

They fixed the problem in a timely and professional manner. I was very pleased with their services and will continue to use them.

I have been using AutoXtend as my primary mechanic for approximately two years, and overall I have to say that I have been very impressed with their service. In fact, knowing how difficult it can be to find a trustworthy auto mechanic, I wanted to join Angie's List not only to find honorable businesses, but to let others know if this fine establishment. Their pricing may not be the cheapest in town, but it is fair. In fact, I recently got a nail in my tire and their quote for a replacement was equal to the best I could find from the big internet tire warehouses. They appear to be transparent in all their operations and take the time to explain procedures and the possible ramifications before they get to the point where they need to charge you something. They often seem to go above and beyond expectations, to the point of providing a free loaner vehicle and returning calls after business hours. Plus, they all seem to remember my name when I walk in. The facilities, including the vehicle bays, are very clean. Two separate waiting areas are provided: one with a flat screen TV and another that is very nicely furnished with a well stocked bookcase. Free WiFi is on the premises. Complimentary sodas and coffee is available. I am in no way affiliated with this company other than being a satisfied customer. My girlfriend is equally impressed with them as well. If you are in the North Knoxville area and need a mechanic, you owe it to yourself to give AutoXtend a chance.

They completed the work quickly and promptly. They were very pleasant to do business with. That was the first time I used them. I would go to them in the future. Their price was probably fair in today's market.
