Rick and the guys repaired my cousin's truck fuel system and saved us about $100. My cousin was travelling south thru Knoxville when his Chevy pickup just  stopped running on I-75. When I called Stacy & Rick to explain, they promptly gave us an estimate that was about $100 less than a dozen other repair centers. Because of the emergency nature of the job, they worked us in, diagnosed the problem to be a bad fuel pump and replaced it to get 'em back on the road home.

Rick said that water pump only needed to be replaced and since we had used them before we trusted their judgement... HUGE mistake!!! We had to end up paying someone else to take off the clutch fan and replace it. Which ended up costing 2 times as much because you have to remove the water pump and the other stuff to get to the clutch fan. Not to mention having to make travel arrangements since we need the car each day for work.
Something has changed with this place Rick used to be a nice guy but not so much anymore when we took the truck back he was a real jerk about it saying that it was an engine problem. There was NOTHING to indicate and engine problem so we got a second opinion and they said to get the clutch fan replaced and it would fix everything so we did.Funny enough when we had someone else repair the truck it was fixed and no other noises.
I am so angry that we paid out basically for the same repairs 2 times I seriously considered asking Visa to reverse the charges because I feel like we were totally taken for a ride.

Provider gave good timely service. Recommended the customer wait on replacing gasket to see if problem worsen which was a cost saving approach to problem with oil leak into the intake manifold. AutoWorks has saved me money by only fixing the problem
with my car rather the repair estimate given by another provideer.

The people are nice and the price is right. Everyone is very qualified to work. i have recommended the mto other people.

Autoworks fixed my transmission (wouldn't go into 3rd gear) and also replaced my clutch. They did a great job and the car was ready when promised. I'm very happy with the service.

The service was fine. I always take my cars to them. I took it in to them with a complaint of noise and they found that and fixed it at a reasonable price. I haven't had any problems with that noise again.

I arranged to be at the shop when they opened to have the inspection checklist performed. Rick got right on it, as scheduled, performed a detailed mechanical inspection and reviewed the results with me in detail. Even provided an estimate of suggested repairs. A very reasonable amount of money well spent.
Autoworks has done mechanical repairs for me on several different vehicles for 15 years. The work's always reasonable, always timely and always first-rate. They're busy, so may take a couple of days to get an appointment; but they will work you in if it's an emergency.

I liked Auto Works because they were very reliable and I knew I could depend on them. Their work was excellent and the price was fair too. They were good about letting me know anything that might have been a concern to me about the car that I took in. I have been totally satisfied with them.
