Arborist of East Tennessee

Right from the start he offered prompt and professional service. He returned a phone call within the hour, and was able to perform an estimate that same evening. After approval of the estimate he was able to perform all services that weekend and provide photographic documentation of his work, since I was away on business and unable to check up on it in person.

Travis called ahead to get a feel for the scope of the job and discovered he needed an aerial man to climb the trees.  We made an appointment in advance and he called me to confirm prior to arrival.  They did a great job on all of the trees we had discussed and left a minimum of debris even avoiding the newly emergent plant beds below some of the trees.  We are extremely satisfied with the work done, as well as the courtesy and professionalism of Travis and his helper  We would not hesitate to use them again.

Ryan and crew were incredibly responsive and did a great job. They answered all of my questions. They were prompt, professional, and courteous.  In addition, they treated the removal of the downed tree as an 'emergency' situation and were out to do the job within 24 hours. They even did some additional work as part of the job for which I was not charged.  I would definitely use these guys again.

I had several pine trees that were hanging over the roof of my home and three that were needing to be cut down and removed. One tree had limbs growing around the main electrical wire that serves my home and the satellite dish next to it. The crew cut down and removed six or seven pine trees that were average 20+ feet tall.  They also cut down and removed a smaller 15 foot or so maple that was growing just feet away from the corner of my garage.  Another seven or eight trees were trimmed back, one about 30-40 feet tall.  All trees and limbs that were cut were placed at curbside for city pickup.  The city requires the debris to be sized to 6 foot.  Stumps and roots were not removed. 
I am pleased with the job.  The young man, Ryan Williams, came to give me a quote on a Tuesday and by Thursday evening, the job was done.  He was very courteous and understanding of what needed to be done. I would hire this company again.

I was almost dreading the search for arborists and finding the 'right' company to handle the trees in my yard.  But the Arborist of East Tennessee had prices that were very competitive.  They were very responsive to my calls/messages and were right on time at the appointment time.  They did a great job on the trees and cleaned up so well that it was almost as if they had not been there.  Good job guys!

Chris and his crew did an excellent job. They arrived on time and cut down the damaged tree, as well as removing damaged limbs from adjacent trees. They hauled the limbs to the curb and stacked them neatly for the city to pick up.
