I recently purchased an Iphone 5S. Before the purchase I littered my mind with information and knew that I had to go the Apple store at West Town to buy my phone. There was no way that I was taking a chance and buying this major purchase over the net or from a kiosk or Verizon dealer. From the time I went inside until I left everyone I spoke with was very helpful and organized. They were professional and knew the Apple product. I have been back several times since for updates. I have only good things to say about this business.

The Apple store is very busy during a time of a new release such as the I-phone 5. We were not rushed and given cards allowing us to get our phones in the shortest amount of time. The set up and sale and download from the Cloud went flawlessly.

The customer service is good but there is always just pure chaos in that store. There are so many people and it doesn't seem like they have enough help. I am always waiting and they are always late on appointments. Obviously the product speaks for itself so I can't say anything bad; it's just that they are always very, very busy.

They are beyond wonderful. One of the great things about owning an Apple is the way Apple Stores are run.My computer broke down on a Sunday and I was able to make an appointment for the next morning all online. There is always someone there to greet you and direct you when you walk in. When you have an appointment you go to the genius bar. They are geniuses and ready to fix your computer. I can't imagine anything being more efficient. They offer classes for free. They helped me find free software once.

My Apple monitor ceased to function at 2.5 years of age. We took the monitor in for repair and Apple fixed it based on extended warranty purchase. The Apple Store here in Knoxville was my primary point of contact. They were concerned and courteous, provided updates, and got my monitor back to me within a week's time. Apple rebuilt my monitor and gave me all new insides with the new updates at no cost to me!
