I have more cracks all over the foundation than I did before, I also have cracks all over the basement floor. They cracked the plaster horribly. All of the doors in the kitchen area are at least an inch to a half an inch. They left 6 foot gaps between the plastic. You can clearly write your name in the dust. When they were cleaning up, I thought that they would vacuum it. The next thing I know, they are taking down the plastic sheet and sweeping all of the dust. Even one of the men that worked on the team said that he found out about dust problems, because he had to pay for someone to clean it up. They would not pay for it. They said that it was expected, and I should have known it would happen. Once they have decided that they had been on the job for so many days, they just sort of threw things together. I called the inspector on them twice. When you can stick a pole down a hole that's been filled 24 inches down, that may not work.

"This home did not meet our requirements given to Angielist in the first place, they have made that mistake before on several occasions. It was a much higher roof and pitch than I agreed to do for the $85, not $150. Also, the customer writing this response was not at the home at the time of service. Her son was and thanked us more than once for doing a good job. As for the cursing, my guy almost fell off a roof we never should have been on in the first place. I would have cursed too."

The crew showed up and worked the entire time. My wife actually felt sorry for how hard they worked and made them lemonade. The first thing they did was go under my house and support the entire area with heavy duty jacks which took the pressure off of the exterior walls. Then they knocked down and disposed of the exterior walls and dug and poured new footers. They enclosed the work area with plastic and with a safety fence and came back two days later after the footers had cured and built a new block exterior wall. The jacks were taken out and that portion of the house was resting on a newly built solid wall.
New joists were added as additional support and as an extra they put two jacks under the front porch because it needed it. They cleaned up the site everyday and were very polite and professional.

I had several general contractors look at the job before i called these foundation specialists, but this company seemed the most qualified and reasonably priced. I highly recommend them!

"I was hired by the homeowner and during the initial inspection and during the job I never told them the wall was going to move back into place. I explained to them I would try my best but the main point of our job was to relief the pressure on the wall and install I-beams to keep it from bowing in more. [member name removed] told me on the phone we hit the wall in one place, I guess its 2 now, I offered to fix it or pay to have it repaired. I had to call them several times and email them several times before I got [member name removed] wife, she said don't worry about the wall they are going to tear it down because it was in bad shape anyway. I offered to pay for and did so for an engineer report. The report said they need more supports on a completely different wall due to the customers now wanting to add another room in the attic. I was told they wanted to add the room after I started and said they need an engineer report to make sure the repairs I did were ok but that the engineer may require more. I also removed a broken stone façade and replaced it with stucco for free, a $2500 repair due to the glue that dried on the basement floor. All was just fine until the final payment was due. I did not offer to send them another estimate due to lack of prompt payment."
