He was always very reliable. I haven't seen him in a while. He was getting older and couldn't find enough help so I guess he is still doing it. He was great and did a very good job. He was very dependable and I never had any problems with him. He can’t get enough people to work for him.

I was required to treat for termites to sell my home, and of course I called John at American Pest. I have family and friends that have used American Pest for over 20 years so they did come highly recommended. I did not "price shop" but I believe his price was probably competitive... not cheap, not overpriced, but I have learned you do get what you pay for. You can count on American Pest to be professional, friendly and a business run with high integrity and pride. If you call and leave a message which you will likely have to do, you can trust that you will receive a prompt return call. I had no problem scheduling the service exactly when I wanted and needed it, and in fact, they were a few minutes early and ready to go to work. Whether you are looking for a termite treatment or monthly "bug" maintenance, I highly recommend American Pest for the Knoxville area. You will feel comfortable with John in your home and that's worth gold in this day and time.

We have several apartments and they do work there when needed. They mainly spray. Sometimes they bomb or bait. It depends on what has to be done. They have sprayed for many kinds of pests but it is mainly for roaches. They are reliable and personable. We like them. The prices are very reasonable. They get the job done. They are punctual. I have not checked whether they clean up after they have done the work but I have not received any complaints.

American Pest Control does wonderful work. I never have any problems with bugs anymore. They also have termite insurance if you would be interested. I will be using them for a long time.
