Provider was on time, very professional but still personable. Actually spoke to me so I could understand what needed to be done. Did repair in quick and efficient method. Told me since system was so old part of the clog was due to a coil breaking down inside so to keep an eye on the overflow valve and call him immediately if there was any more dripping. Then proceeded to spend extra time at looking at downstairs a/c thermostat(also old) and didn't charge for his extra time! He also used an Angie's list coupon for the service charge!

this is the first time I used Angie's List and can only hope future service providers are as wonderful.

The  two zone heat & air units will have to be replaced sometime this year. We already have an estimate from All Hours and will probably use them even if they cost a little bit more being so satisfied with their service.

We have been using Ryan's service for HVAC check-up. He is very responsive, professional, and thorough.

Recently, A/C was not cooling the rooms well. Ryan discovered that there was a major freon leak from the area of coils. He explained pros and cons as well as cost for replacing coils vs. replacing whole unit. We opted for coil replacement.

We will continue to utilize his service and highly recommend to anyone in need of HVAC service.

My encounter with All Hours Heat and Air couldn't have been better.  I've been using another AC guy for years, but he cancelled our appointment today (last minute).  I was desperate, because our A/C wasn't working, and the house was miserably hot.  Long story short, I used my Angie's List for the first time looking for anyone that could service my AC unit TODAY.  When I called All Hours Heat and Air, Ryan Gordon was happy to help.  He said he was near and could be at my residence within 20 or 30 minutes.  He arrived quickly and fixed the AC unit in less than 30 minutes.  All I can say is that Ryan Gordon and his company did an excellent job, and I would highly recommend them to anyone.

We have an older system so this was not the first time that we have had to call on them. Ryan said that he would be here between 12 and 2, but he was actually early, which was better. He remembered our system and its idiosyncrasies. We fixed the problem and checked it out as well (added a pound of Freon). We may need some odd parts in the future which he said he would keep an eye out for.
As we spoke, I was impressed by his knowledge and professionalism. I do not know who my father used before we got the house, but I am certainly pleased that we have discovered All Hours Heat & Air. We will continue to call on them for all of our heat and air problems. Their charges are quite reasonable and the service is exemplary.

I found All Hours Heat & Air through Angie's List yesterday after finding issues with my A/C unit not cooling enough. This morning, I called, and set up a time for Ryan to come out and diagnose my A/C issues. He was polite on the phone, prompt in his arrival to my house, and respectful throughout his stay. After a thorough inspection, he explained his findings to me, giving me several options as to the different degrees of fixing the unit, weighing in with his opinion on what would be most cost-efficient.

24 hours after noticing a problem with my A/C, I have a fix, and I'm extremely satisfied with the timeliness and quality of service provided! If I run into any further issues, I will be sure to call Ryan again.

My Trane heat and air system literally blew up but we hadn't even realized it. Thermostat simply wasn't working. Ryan came, did some very extensive troubleshooting and found the problem. A capacitor exploded, burning much of the interior (components) of the outside unit. Ryan gathered all info, worked with Trane to get the parts and dealt with warranty etc. During this time the area was experiencing a lot of bad weather in the way of ice and snow. Ryan trudged on and within a few short days, was back at my home, fixing the issue (in the snow!) and ensuring me and my family were once again warm and comfortable. This is not the first time that I have used All Hours nor will it by my last. Ryan Gordon is now and will continue to be my heat and air guy. 
He is friendly, efficient and very affordable. The level of service he brings is almost unheard of in this day and age and I feel grateful to have met him. 
We will be replacing another heat and air system later this year and Ryan already has that job.

Ryan was very responsive and got in touch with us and performed repair in the same day!  Being that the previous evening had been below freezing and we had no heat, time was of the essence and he came through with flying colors.  In fact, he came late on a Friday night and stayed until 10:30pm to make sure that the job was done!  Very nice, very professional, and very reasonable pricing.  Would highly recommend to anyone.

Called Ryan and he came same day. Ryan came out late evening and was very professional, understanding and gracious. Quickly diagnosed the issue and repaired it. He made recommendations for the future and charged me less that the original "ball park" estimate on the phone. I will use him again for sure and will probably have him install a new unit next year. In my opinion, you owe it to yourself to call Ryan at All Hours if you need an HVAC repair/diagnosis.

We had a very unusual problem in that our pool heater, a heat pump, was no longer heating the water to our little pool. The company that made the heat pump, Hayward, did not return emails/calls requesting service. We could not find any local pool service people who fix broken pool heat pumps.  We called Ryan at All Hours Heat and Air and asked him if he would be willing to take a stab at it. At first he was reluctant, not having any experience with such units. But after explaining that our only other option was to buy a whole new unit he was willing to give it a try.   Ryan quickly identified a burnt-out capacitor as the culprit as to why the pool heat pump was not heating the water and replaced it...success, the water began warming up almost immediately!  We had been very pleased with All Hours Heat and Air from past service calls for our home heat pump. He has always been very prompt, honest, professional and fair in his pricing. Within the next few years we are probably going to need to replace our home heat pump. We will call All Hours...Ryan is our heating and air guy!

I wish I could give him better than an A in all categories-best guy we've ever hired to do work in our home! I called around 5pm on a Saturday night and he was at our house by 9pm. Our air conditioning went out on an extremely hot day and it was 81 degrees in our house and climbing. He was so friendly and professional, took the time to explain everything to us and even said he would call the A/C company the following Monday to see if our unit was still covered under warranty (we just bought this house so we don't know if it is or not). He was great and fixed our problem, at least for the moment, and got our unit back running and didn't even charge us for the service call just for parts. We'll be customers for life, thanks again Ryan!

Ryan came quickly and was very efficient and courteous.  He went about checking our unit quickly and efficiently.  He called the next day to see how things were and has made arrangements to replace the damaged part--all in less than 24 hours.  We will be calling him again.

Unfortunately our heating unit died during one of the coldest weeks of winter. We contacted Ryan at All Hours Heating & Air on a weekend, around 8am, and he was at our house very quickly (in about 20 minutes). He assessed the heating unit and informed us that we needed to replace it. He then immediately rearranged his schedule in order to make time to install the new unit (otherwise we would have been without heat for many days). My husband and I were so very impressed by Ryan's friendliness and professionalism, not to mention the high quality of work he performed. We would definitely use his services again, should the need arise.

A lot of time spent in discussing general heating and cooling system, he was thorough and took all the time needed to answer our questions and the work he did I thought was very careful and very good.

They are on time and will come anytime there is an emergency. His prices are excellent. He is very prompt, he is very personable guy, very friendly; you feel very comfortable with him coming into your house and very respectable of your property. He went all through the unit but didn't charge for it.

I called poor Ryan in the middle of the night in a panic because my heat went out in 15 degree weather. He was very polite, even though I'm sure that I woke him up.  He scheduled a visit for the next day between 6-8.  When he called to say he was coming the next day, I had just come home to a bust water pipe due to the cold weather.  So, needless to say, I was basically a hot mess.  Ryan was calm throughout when he showed up.  He quickly diagnosed the problem and figured out the steps he needed to take to fix it.  The poor guy even crawled through all of the mud my bust pipe had just created to find the source of the issue.  When I asked him to confirm that my bust pipe upstairs had nothing to do with the A/C unit, he looked at it and said he could probably fix that for me to. He had to go to home depot the next day to obtain a part (twice) but he sure did fix it.  The man has excellent customer service skills. He probably saved me a ton of money because I did not have to call a plumber in.  He could not have been any more cheerful and helpful.  Of all the service individuals I have ever used, Ryan has been the friendliest and best to work with.  He truly understands the meaning of customer service.  I highly recommend him to anyone looking for someone to work on their furnace - A/C unit.

My heat pump stopped working.  I called about 6:30pm and got an appointment for the next day.  The technician arrived right on time and was able to give me a diagnosis pretty quickly. (The motor had gone bad.) He gave me an estimate on repair cost and let me know the part was under warranty by the manufacturer. He quickly located a place in town that had the part, got it, and completed the repair. The whole thing took about 3 hours including time to go get the part. The technician was friendly and professional.  I would hire them again.

All Hours came to my home and repaired my heat pump.  They replaced a burned-out motor and completely inspected the unit.  Their service man made several recommendations for extending the life of my unit.  He was very professional, courteous, and knowledgeable.  The service was done late in the evening, past normal business hours.  I expected to pay extra for a service call this late in the evening, but he said it was all part of their standard service.  I was more than satisfied with the cost and quality of their service.  I would certainly use them again and would recommend them to others.

Ryan is a professional, knowledgeable, and all-around great guy. We got to know him through our contractor--he was able to come in and do a general inspection of our HVAC, as well as to help redo and reroute some duct work during the course of bathroom and kitchen renovations.
He was the first person I called recently when our A/C stopped working. Unfortunately, he was full up for a week and a half, but let us know he'd call if he had an unexpected opening. Unfortunately, after 5 days of suffering through no A/C we called another service provider to see if they could at least diagnose the problem for us. They said that our control board was broken and there was nothing to be done and pushed a new system on us. 
Ryan unexpectedly called a few days later with a last minute opening. Eager to get a second opinion, I had him come by. He was able to rewire the board and get our A/C up and running in less than 5 minutes and didn't charge us. Our system does need to be replaced sometime soon, but Ryan got us cooled off and bought us a few months time to think about what unit we want and to save up some money for the replacement.
