"Dear Mrs. [Member Name Removed], Thank you for taking the time to provide us with this valuable feedback. We strive to offer the best in service, but in this situation we have let you down due to the confusion concerning your TVA rebate. After discovering we input your rebate application incorrectly on April 7th, we resubmitted it , including an additional $200 for duct system sealing. We'll also extend your Advantage Plan membership to 2020. Again, we apologize for our error and hope we can rebuild your trust in our company. As a valued customer, we honestly have your best interests at heart and hope we'll have the opportunity to prove that to you in the future."
"Thank you so much for taking the time to review us, and for giving us an "A" rating. We look forward to being of service to you in the future!"
"We want to thank you for your "A" rating, and for being a long time supporter of our company! You know we'll always be here for you, and look forward to being of service to you in the future!"
"Dear Mrs. [Member Name Removed], Thank you for this valuable feedback! First let me apologize for not being able to return your call that Friday. I was out of the office and I was under the impression that you were still trying to work things out with our office as indicated in the email you sent that Saturday. I also apologize about your recent experience with us. It's always our goal, each and every day, to live up to a standard of excellent customer service that we are known for. We know that sometimes things don't go as well as we'd like them to, and it is certainly never our intent to treat any of our valued customers with anything less than the highest standard of service. It's my understanding that the amount you have listed is not the original price quoted. While I don't know the reason why for the discrepancy, I know that you and our service manager, along with your husband, have discussed lowering pricing options. I apologize they are not what you are looking for. The outdoor unit you bought 5 years ago had a faulty TXV that is causing your system to freeze up on the existing indoor unit. Those valves either work or they don't, that is an internal issue and something that unfortunately happens. I know we have failed to come to an agreement on the price of this repair, but we'd still like to resolve your issue if given the chance. Once again, we are sorry we didn't meet your expectations, but we can't jeopardize our quality to meet a price point. Hopefully you understand that and allow us to continue to be your service provider. Sincerely, Jack Mooney"
"Thank you for this "A" rating! We appreciate your continued support of our business, and look forward to serving you in the future."
"Thank you for being such a great cheerleader for us [Member Name Removed]! We appreciate the fact that you have allowed us to serve you for the last 3 years, and look forward to serving you in the future."
I have a yearly contract and I intend to renew.
