They never showed up after this. They abandoned the issue. Another company came out and was able to diagnose the leak within a few minutes. This company was trying to milk money from me. If they have to come back within 30 days of service, the service call is free, but if they come back after 30 days, they can charge another $60 service fee. He put a bandaid on the problem so that they could come back later and charge me again, without fixing the issue.
