AIR PRO INC/ Air Professionals

Woke up early Thursday morning and my heat had quit working. My Heat Pump is seven years old and was not installed by Air Pro. However, I called at 5 A.M, and explained I had a wife and infant at home with no heat. The owner, Jeff King, came out himself due to his service employees being booked and put a priority on the call. He found the problem immediately, my circuit board had caught fire. The only place that has a part was in downtown Knoxville (because the type of unit used by the builder is fairly new to the market) and I live in Lenoir City. He left and returned within 45 minutes and had my heat going quickly. He even brought a space heater for my wife and son to use while he fixed the unit. The price was exactly what he had quoted, He saved every part and explained everything to my wife in a manner she could understand and never once did any of us think we were being taken advantage of. He seemed to be more interested in getting my wife and son warm than he did the actual buisness side of it.

They totally inspected the air conditioning unit and furnace which turned out to be a messy job. It all turned out great because of the end result. Everything ran well during their final systems check and that is the main thing. They also did a nice job of cleaning up after themselves.

We have been using them for years because of their excellent quality of services. They always sent trustworthy guys out who always showed up promptly. When they called, they gave me a time when he would be out and he showed up on time. We were totally satisfied with the ending results and we will continue to use them.

They did what they said they would do and left promptly. They did a good job showing up when they said they would and they didn t try to take advantage of me because I'm a senior citizen. That's how I like it and I was pleased with the ending results.

I usually have Air pro come out once a year to check my air for any problems so when my air was not cooling off the house like it used to I called them to come out. They came out next day to inspect the air. They showed me where the leak was, fixed it then added more Freon.

I was very satisfied with the job they did. It took him over an hour to do the work, but the price could have been a little better. Overall I was still happy with how quickly they got me fixed up.
