Technician was great. Had to work in a small crawlspace and we never hears a complaint.

I called in the morning and they sent someone later that day. The technician was very professional and got the job done quickly and efficiently.

We have a home warranty contract. They came out originally and did repair work on the air conditioner and installed a wire incorrectly; the plastic tie that they were using to hold the wires gained too much sunlight, it dried out the plastic and it cracked. This allowed the wires to drop into the air conditioner and cut the blades. We called it in under the home warranty, the home warranty company said they weren't going to cover it because it was installed improperly, I explained that the people who installed it improperly were the same people who came out a year and a half ago to do warranty work! The representative  said that they would talk to the company to see if what we were telling them was true and correct.

A different person came out to do the second work,  and he confirmed that their company was the one who did the last work, they had the job order on it. While he was not the individual who did the work, he could testify why the wires were cut and that it had dropped due to an installation error by their company. He said they were willing to take responsibility for the faulty work that had been done a year and a half ago. This floored me, because how many times do you expect a company representative to admit that they did the work improperly? The warranty company was trying to make me pay for everything, but the representative said we didn't have to pay for it because it was done improperly. They were willing to take ownership of the issue.

Everything was covered under the home warranty. They did show ownership of installing wires incorrectly.

We know it's due replacement on age alone, but tech checked heat exchanger and it shows no wear yet.

I've an older package unit that occasionally has a minor electrical failure. They do not try to sell units, but give good useful information on future issues and alternatives.

We had tennis ball size hail which caused damage to the coils. Their service has always been very prompt! We have had two emergency services, one was the heat and the other was the air conditioning. In both of these causes, they came out right away. We also like that they are very reasonable with prices.

Called this company on a Sunday and they quickly sent someone out. The gentleman that came to repair our air conditioner was very nice and professional. He told us what was wrong and had to order the part. He returned with the part to repair A/C unit as soon as he received the part.

Air Master did a wonderful job of checking our air conditioner. They were very thorough in checking the air conditioning unit as well as the thermostat. Air Master is really great people and do a really good job.

There was a problem with the compressor so I called them out. They made an extra effort to get right out because it was hot out there. He found the problem, we had a bug in our contact so he cleaned it out in no time at all. I was really happy with them.
