They did a good job, cleaned up afterwards and took the limbs and mulch away. They are competent and dependable. Left the area spotless. Did the work in one day.

They did a great job!  I asked to have the limbs of the elm that were 3 inches or less in diameter to be cut into lengths 3-4' so I could use them to line our trails.  They did everything just as I requested it.  I have used Ailor's multiple times and I call them back because they do exactly what they say they will do, are very thorough at cleaning up - they even rake the yard to get rid of any leaves!  I'll definitely call them when I have another tree job.

I absolutely love this company.  The owner is very responsive, the quality is great, and the price was very reasonable.
I had a huge leaning oak tree removed, a magnolia tree topped, and fruit trees trimmed.  My backyard has never looked better! The company also removed downed limbs from my yard and ground the stump.

The work was performed safely and in a reasonable amount of time. I had used them previously for other large tree service over the last 20 years and that work was also performed with good service and reasonable price.

They were quick and thorough. I have used them twice now over the course of a year. The first time I had a tree leaning on my house and they came quickly and took it down before any damage was done to the roof. The second time, there was a storm and I had half of a tree come down and go into the swimming pool. They came to remove the debris from the pool and to remove another tree before it would come down on the house. I thought their estimate was good. They showed up well staffed with the right equipment and got it done quickly.

This was tree trimming for appearance purposes and they just did a good job a professional job.

The jobs were done well and competently as far as I could see. They did a pretty good job of cleaning up the resulting small
limbs and debris. I had to phone and request that they replace a concrete bench they had moved out of the way during the process. At a time unknown to me someone came by to moved it, but not to the original location. Another tree I wanted to have trimmed because it is close to the roof, they said did not need to be trimmed. It does, but I suspect they did not want to as it is not easy to reach.

Went very well - no problems.

In a major storm a couple of weeks ago, our neighborhood ended up with trees down all over, supposedly 100 trees on the local golf course alone. We lost one huge oak and decided to remove a neighboring mature red oak that would fall on the street if it came down. With so many trees down, we had to get on a waiting list for service, but Ailor's got to us ahead of schedule and did an excellent job taking the trees out and cleaning up afterward. The previous raters were absolutely correct; this is a reputable business that provides excellent service at a reasonable price. (Another well-known company quoted us twice what Ailor charged for the same work).

It was a real treat to watch this company do its work. It was fun. I thought it was entertaining. They look so professional in trees. They were neat and accurate about the work they did for me and left such neat wood piles for us when they were done. There was a fellow we really liked named John who was very helpful and friendly too.

Ailor's Tree Service did a great job and they were not very messy at all. This type of work tends to have a large mess behind it, but they did an excellent job cleaning it all up and disposing of it all. They have done work for me in the past and I have never complained. I feel that they are rather professional and rather reasonable for that matter.

This is the first time we have had a tree service and we were worried that they would damage other trees while in the process of their job. They assured us this would not be a problem and it wasn't. This was rather impressive considering how thick the woods are behind our house. The trees were all cut and stumps ground in a matter of four hours. They gave us the amount of wood we requested and took the rest with them. They cleaned the yard of all scraps and sawdust before they left as well.

I called around for several estimates on the job. This was right in line with the others, $450 for the maple and $50 each for the little trees. I was pleased with the job. They did an excellent job on the clean up. They did not leave any branches, sticks, or leaves behind when they were through working.

We had a tree removed because it was old and ready to fall down. Ailors did an exceptionally great job of removing the tree and cutting it up. They hauled all of the waste away for me. Our apple tree looked great and we were very happy with the work they performed.
