"We are sorry that you were dissatisfied with our company. Due to liability concerns and the safety of our technician we made the decision not to allow him to continue with the call. We immediately contacted your home warranty company that your call was through and sent them pictures and details as to why you would need a different company that could access your unit. Customer satisfaction is always our priority however, our employees' safety is also our priority."
"On this after hours call our technician found low voltage wires that were exposed with bare wire and no insulation. The wires were touching and causing a short. The technician replaced the damaged wiring which was causing the system not to function at all and cycled system several times and system was working well. After our technician left the customer called back stating the system had stopped working again. We dispatched the technician immediately back within 10 minutes of leaving the home. After further inspection a separate failure was found. The tech found the heat exchangers were cracked. The technician disabled the actual valve for the safety of the customer, which is a safer way to disable because many customers will simply go back and turn the gas shut-off back on which is dangerous. We would never under any circumstances just leave the gas on. I, as the owner explained this situation to the customer, and he seemed to understand and also the fact that there were two separate issues, and we gave him a bid to replace heat exchangers. The customer requested a refund for all services rendered because he wanted to go with another company to help pay for the repairs. Being that this was an after hours call, and we did repair the low voltage short I agreed to reimburse half of the customers repair which we did. We are sorry for the customers dissatisfaction and our customers 100% satisfaction is our goal."
