Tankless Water Heater - Install
The visited on Monday and installed our tankless water on Tuesday. Zach did a great install and even had to drill 6â hole through brick wall. The price was higher than I thought it should be since we bought tankless heater, valve kit and vent kit.

Since this was back in 2020 (now 2022), I don't remember what job they were doing. Whatever it was, it was done properly & professionally. Annually, they service my heat pump & air handler. They have ungraded attic insulation. They have repiped most of the house (there were some problems with this - such as one of the couplings blowing out about 2 minutes after they left for the day. [They returned and made good on the problem.] And there is bubbling paint in the laundry room, behind a wall where they had removed paneling to get to the plumbing. But, they will be coming out this spring for the annual h/p a/h maintenance. Highly recommend!

Thermostat Service
Reece had to come out because our unit was completely frozen this winter. We have a two year old and it was 55 degrees in the house. Reece repaired our thermostat and explained everything in less than an hour. This was the second HVAC company we called trying to get this fixed. Arrived on time and professional.

They did not fix the problem the first time. Came out the second time and still was not able to fix my problem. Left gas on and the heat exchange was cracked.

"On this after hours call our technician found low voltage wires that were exposed with bare wire and no insulation. The wires were touching and causing a short. The technician replaced the damaged wiring which was causing the system not to function at all and cycled system several times and system was working well. After our technician left the customer called back stating the system had stopped working again. We dispatched the technician immediately back within 10 minutes of leaving the home. After further inspection a separate failure was found. The tech found the heat exchangers were cracked. The technician disabled the actual valve for the safety of the customer, which is a safer way to disable because many customers will simply go back and turn the gas shut-off back on which is dangerous. We would never under any circumstances just leave the gas on. I, as the owner explained this situation to the customer, and he seemed to understand and also the fact that there were two separate issues, and we gave him a bid to replace heat exchangers. The customer requested a refund for all services rendered because he wanted to go with another company to help pay for the repairs. Being that this was an after hours call, and we did repair the low voltage short I agreed to reimburse half of the customers repair which we did. We are sorry for the customers dissatisfaction and our customers 100% satisfaction is our goal."

He ascertained the issue with my air conditioner quickly and correctly, fixed it in no time, and advised me what to do if the problem should recur. The price was reasonable.
