I love Ace! This is a 1950s house with one of those low voltage switching systems that is failing. Other electricians would insist that the house had to be completely rewired in 8 rooms, which would be tens of thousands of dollars. I found Ace and asked them to help us avoid the rewiring, and bypass the switching system. They installed new wireless switches and in-line receivers to control all the overhead lights in 8 rooms. It worked perfectly and at a very small fraction of what rewiring would have cost. Chad and his crew were very prompt and professional, knowledgeable and service-oriented. Everyone that I dealt with in the office, from scheduling to billing, was great as well. On top of all that, I was way out of town and had to coordinate all the appointments and even some of the work remotely. Highest recommendation.

After 1st electrical co came out and said everything was ok but charged for a "professional evaluation" not a free esstimate, Ace Electric came out checked panel and wh,installed a new switch on water heater that would automatically trigger panel switch to turn off if it overheats again enough to cause fire.Both companies also said I had a leak coming from pipe directly above water heater. Not sure if I want to call Hiller Plumbing back or go with a handyman to fix.

Two electricians ( Chad and Jason) came to do the work . They were very punctual and professional. They answered my questions and cleaned up everything. Work was completed quicker than I had anticipated. Everything works great. I was very pleased with the work they did. On a side note Chad noticed I had some Termite damage under my house which I am grateful for because I would not have noticed it until it was major damage. I immediately called a local pest control company and they verified there was active termites. So I contracted them to take care of the problem. Again thanks to Chad for noticing the termites and letting me know. Luckily it was only minor damage at this time. Caught it early!!

In all of our contacts with this company, they were prompt, professional, performed the work to our satisfaction, and kept costs within their estimates. In one case when they found the existing lights were not installed according to present code, they told us about it and then corrected the problem so the new lights could go in. We couldn't have been happier that we hired Ace Electric for these jobs.

Exceptionally good service. Quick scheduling date, friendly and high quality work. I forgot to tell them I wanted the ceiling fan flush mount so it was installed with the drop rod. When I mentioned this after the fact, they uninstalled and reinstalled flush mount in just a few minutes. I would highly recommend Ace Electric, and will hire them again if I ever need further electrical work done.

The workers came out on the day & at the time scheduled. I was told the brace on the outside of the roof had been bent in and the vent blades had bound up against it. It was thought a tree branch had blown across the roof, or a squirrel had hit the brace, which caused it to bend. Although neither of those ideas made any sense (if it had been a branch, the branch would have landed on the ground near the house - no branch had fallen; if it had been a squirrel, why was the brace made so weak, especially in an outdoor application?), the vent now works. Because it was early in the morning & the attic did not have time to heat up to the 90 degrees required for the vent to start, the lucky guy in the attic lowered the set temperature, to test that the vent would run - it did. Temperature was reset & it has been running as designed every since. Very clean, polite guys. Brought their booties & cleaned up the insulation that had stuck to their clothing.

We spoke directly with RIck before and during both jobs. He was very knowledgeable, professional, and willing to explain options and answer question, so that we felt he was someone we wanted to work with. He and his workers were prompt in showing up to the jobs and did exactly what we expected and wanted. Everyone we met from this company was polite and respectful, and they interacted well with the construction workers who were also on site at times. Contracts were detailed and followed exactly. I should add that the costs quoted to us from Ace were well below estimates we got from several other sources. They do wonderful work, the results look great, and everything functions perfectly. For one follow-up question we had about the transformer and timer, they came back to be sure it worked as it should and we understood it all. It all looks great!
