Arrived when scheduled, did the work properly & promptly on both occasions. After completing the 2nd job, we asked about replacing 2 bathroom light/fan fixtures. They examined them, tentatively scheduled the work, and also volunteered to purchase the fixtures before coming to our home. Only reason I rated them a B in professionalism was their dress - very casual, no company name or service tech identification. Having something to identify them (some sort of uniform or at least a shirt with the company name or a sign on their vehicle) would help identify them to their customers, particularly on the first visit.

Scheduling prompt service from A-1 Electric is extremely easy. Highly skilled and professional, Mike and Josh work quickly while producing high quality and very attractive results to meet your needs. They have provided a variety of electrical work to update our home twice in 2016 and again in 2017. We will definitely call A-1 Electric again and will recommend A-1 to our friends.

I had some electrical outlets that would not work, he found it to be a GFI switch that had flipped, he reset the GFI and all was well. He said one of my exterior lights was flickering so he was going to check it also. He stayed outside while I was indoors. He came back in and said that he and his helper had rewired all 3 and put in new lightbulbs (that weren't burned out). I asked why he rewired them and he said they had been wired incorrectly.They left. I didn't notice until many days later that they were staying on all the time and they are dusk to dawn light fixtures. Then I checked outside and beneath each fixture there were clipped wires on the ground. In other words he bypassed the motion sensor hence disabling that feature. (That is why they were dusk/dawn sensors but he removed that feature without my knowledge or permission) He was there approximately 40 minutes and took both the $200 coupons that were supposed to be for 1 hour of service each. I questioned that but he said, "We did more than we thought we would." I did not request or permit them to do that work. I am NOT happy at all and he will not return any of the phone calls I have made to him. I spent $200 to have 3 exterior light fixtures destroyed.

Fantastic. I think it was father, son and they were extremely cordial, neat and I think they went a little bit over the time but they did not charge me and I am going to use them again.
They were on time, the price was amazing, they were very polite, they didn't mess up my house they were very careful of my house, they just did excellent work.

Great! They showed up when they said they would and performed all the work as agreed. Cleaned up after themselves and were very pleasant. I am planning to use them again in the near future as my next project is ready.

We were very pleased with everything. They (Mike and his son) arrived on time, worked the whole time and finished early. They knew what they were doing and asked questions if they did not know how we wanted the fixture installed. I would definitely recommend them and use them again.

Service worked around our hectic schedule and was very professional. We were very happy with the installation and the information he provided. My mother had been very sick and in and out of the hospital, and the folks at A1 made sure to come and get the work done when we were able to be there. It was a terrific surprise for my mom and we greatly appreciated their service and the work done.

A1 was simply outstanding! They are easily the best overall service provider I've ever worked with.
1) Communications with Michael was excellent. He asked some questions about my electrical panel and outlets ahead of his visit that allowed him to be prepared to get right to work.
2) He arrived right on time on a Monday morning. That's a great way to start off in my book!
3) He listens, asks questions and gets right to work. He and his crew were friendly, professional and efficient.
4) A1 went over and above my expectations in fixing my lamp. For this I am most grateful!!
I cannot say enough about A1 and thank them for an outstanding experience. I wish all service providers were this knowledgeable, customer service oriented and easy to do business with. I would do business with them again in a heartbeat.

Had some delay in returning calls; had issues with "bad weather" preventing them from calling or emailing me they said.  They were very nice but looked and dressed like they were "at home"  I still had time left but wasn't comfortable with them doing any more work.

Great guy, no long wait for service, on time, no stalling; everything you want in a construction oriented service experience. Would use him again, and would recommend him unreservedly.
