Mortgage Companies
They are very winning to work with people of almost all credit scores to help you get your home. They charge you a little bit more for your down payment but that is to be expected when you don't have perfect credit. It's been nice. We financed our home through them about two years ago and we are about to use them again. When you but a manufactured home and you but a different one you can trade it in. Almost like a car. So we are trading our home in on this other one and the process has been seamless and very nice.
